Calling the South West

We are in a position of needing to pay a deposit for the room, there will be a collection to cover the minimal cost, so we need an indication of numbers. We do not normally request this but lack of bookings could mean this meet does not go ahead.

We are not requesting a 100% commitment but it is a chicken and egg situation, if you think you are going to come, DO NOT WAIT to declare an interest, once we have the minimum we can then set it up, we need about 10 more, and for those that have not attended before partners often come.

I did check Preston, but we have no funds so it is chicken and egg, I cannot get involved in deposits etc, it is enough to try and get the limited information I ask for at the moment, and coordinate things.

I am sure there are lots of locations in the North West that would be pleased to host us, as most eat at a meet on 20 to 40 will bring nice extra turnover, I think the North West could attract near 100 but when I have looked I have not found a suitable venue, Sheffield, Bristol and Calver as found by local GGP investors I just coordinated the meets.
