POO is always part of the equation - the higher it is the more likely Navitas are to follow through - but interestingly this rise seemed to start before POO began its leg up today.

Most people felt the same. But you have also been saying things like this:

“As we know, this application has no merit.”

“the arguments made by the environmental groups for their case for a judicial review just don't seem real or genuine”

“It is all over, bar the shouting”

And yet the application rumbles on. It may well come to nothing in the end, but it has not been dismissed out of hand in the way that many on here expected it to be. The market certainly always took it a bit more seriously, and it is certainly hard to see how someone like ShareScare can, with any real conviction, say “This case is now dead as far as we are concerned.” I would argue that the future value to BPC of any discovery made at P1 hangs on how this all plays out.

Arguably, the deal falling through would present an incredible buying opportunity for those nimble enough to catch the market’s overreaction right at the bottom.

I genuinely thought that PoG would have seen this back at 25p at least by now.

The problem is that the numbers are so opaque. I knocked this on the head at 5p to just about break even. Still look in from time to time though - would love to see less opaque numbers some day. It is easy to forget how small the MCAP is.

this is getting a bit weird. Let’s just agree that it is hard to see past gold right now and that, political risks aside, SHG appears to be one of the better juniors. That works for me.

Agreed. There are some very dodgy propositions in AIM O&G but this isn’t one of them.

Who knows, but good things happen to companies with strong balance sheets.

We’ll get there. I’d rather wait for this to pop than take a chance on something I’ve spent no time on.
