Morning all. Already made some deep and meaningful comments elsewhere this morning. And mentioned MG can buy again. But just looking at the shareholders list, it looks like there is a New Big Thai shareholder. Orasa Chiaratanasen. I smell the hand of Greenwood. Also, he's not limited anymore by his almost 30% shareholding. He can buy again. Watch out for him increasing his stake.....

But generally lots to look forward to today, let's see how things develop. Gold's taken a bit of a wallop in the last few weeks, but its still up 40% on the year, and most western economies appear to be trying as hard as they can to debase their currencies by printing cash like its going out of fashion...... Vaccines are a help, but certainly not a panacea, mass unemployment in the world's major economies in the next year and a half will keep the gold bugs active. Let's hope our RLD gods find a ton of the stuff and sell out!!!!

Have to confess, I am of a similar opinion. The MMs are short though and they will try to keep the price down and extricate themselves from the mess they caused themselves by consistently going to short to MG. If the pressure is kept up, the MMs will have to capitulate, though I am sure that some of them got lucky getting shares in the placement and they will hope like hell that the pump and dump Peterhouse clients will be dumping on the opening so they can cover their shorts.

But yes, probably open mid 3s, stabilise and start moving higher as the company starts spilling the beans as to why they REALLY bought these 4 concessions and got to pay very little for them..... I am sure there will be lots to say. These guys, Nealon, Sturgess, etc., they have been around the block a few times. They know what to do. I agree with previous commenter, anything under 5p is a steal for this one. remember, this is effectively 4 concessions, 6 prospects. Lot's of fun to look forward to. This ain't a one horse pony. Get your skis on....... Ride the piste while its fresh and shiny!!!

So AGM today. Relisting Wednesday, hopefully. Once management are out of the grips of the horrific NOMAD, expect a blizzard of announcements. I would expect those to be focusing on Jones Keystone for the simple reason that there's been more drilling there, and historic records than anywhere else. Let's wait and see.

Lots of stuff recently here. Just to finally explain the consolidation. 10 for one, means move the decimal point one place to the left. So I,000,000 old shares is 100,000 now. But the price has gone up 10 times. Net effect? Zero. However, this makes the stock more approachable to the punters as we are not dealing with telephone numbers here anymore. No more billions etc on a small stock.

As to the stock itself, what is going to happen? Well look at the BOD for a start. Its packed with old natural resource play veterans, that is good. History has a habit of repeating itself. Don't worry that the old owners of these concessions dropped them, they ran out of money pure and simple. Therefore the Richland boys stepped in and raised the cash to take this to the next level. They believe...

So what do we have? 4 concessions and up to 6 targets in an area that is a proven gold producing area, but hugely under-explored in recent years. The team running this is the old Aquarius Platinum team. They took a 20mn$ stock to over $4bn. I like that. If you read between the lines on the prospectus the gold is there already. Some of the drill results indicate serious gold bearing zones; example; over 100m at an average of more than 2grams per tonne is not to be sniffed at. The drilling program will be designed to flesh this out and turn it into something that can be characterised as mineable reserves.

And the price of all this at the placing price? around GBP7mn. Peanuts for 6 effective options on finding something like the Haile mine which has reserves of 4.5mn Oz and was purchased by Oceana Gold for C$850mn in 2015. I expect it to open quietly but given that management want to start drilling immediately, by guess is that there will be loads of news from the beginning as management increase interest in the stock by re-interpreting old data and starting a drip, drip drip of new sexy data as and when it comes available when the drilling program steps out and increases the likelihood of substantial reserves being found.

This should be a very interesting ride........ Anything under 4.0p/share is a steal. Don't forget the Market Makers are short!!! And then there is the mysterious Greenwood. He's locked in now for a year. Hmmm. Even though he's been diluted, he is there. He can't sell. He must love it, otherwise he'd be well gone!!!

Why cash out Pot? The fun is just about to start!!!! We now have an exploration company with 4 concessions and around 6 prospects with loads of history and monster mines not so far away. Hang around. Fortune favours the brave.

It means deal is going ahead and we are going to make a ton of money when this re lists on the 25th.

The stock closed at 0.328 on June 30th. The stock is, to be consolidated 10 for 1. The placement took place at a modest discount of around 17%. The MMs are short. They have the cash for 2 years of drilling and room for tons of announcements.

I heard there was lots of far east demand, where the love gold. Also heard applicants were scaled back a bit indicating that there'll be follow thru buying. After relisting.. Get ready for a ride and trust in those drill bits...

If they hit paydirt, maybe it'll be headed there.. But at 1.45 quid a share that would value the company at around 300mn quid, a bit rich.. You'll find the Loch lomond one, has far fewer shares, outstanding.. But we can, dream...

It does not change the value of your shares, but when penny stocks trade in fractions of pennies rather than pennies, they are generally regarded as"failures" because historically the original, shareholders have suffered loads of dilution from subsequent capital raising. Yes, consolidation is regarded as cosmetic, but historically, it has resulted in more confidence... Its a good thing..

I've also seen from the subscription agreements being sent out that there is going to be a consolidation of 10 to 1, which means that the share would be coming back to trade at around the 3p/share area rather than 0.3p. That's a good idea... And yes hang on to your stock. We've got 4 chances with 4 different locations in an historic gold producing are in a mining friendly area, the U. S. Carolina... Watch this space.

Numpts, sorry just back in here. I think your best ask is to call them. I'm told that their underwriting dept is led by a lady called Lucy. I really don't know the minimum, but if you want stock, you are more likely to get an allocation if you ask for a larger amount than a smaller one... That's all I can say for now... But move fast... Hi there 24, you are right on the money. Just one quarter Haile, will put us in a great position. But we have FOUR chances at it, not just one. Heard from one of my mates who has an account with Peterhouse that the Richland Subscription Letters are to be sent out soon. We're on our way. The fact that the Chairman has dipped into his pocket and whacked in 100K US$ says it all. If this were a hopeless case, he would not have done it. I bet he will swop his loan for stock in the placement!! Remember, he is a professional geologist!! And has had some great scores in the past!! MG is already in the party, the fact that management has put its hand in its pocket is all you need to know.

This is extremely positive and I am sure that we'll be getting more positive news soon. But NOMADs are a nightmare to deal with re dotting the I's and X'ing the T's, they don't seem to understand the concept of risk. Patience is a virtue. I look forward to hearing progress reports on all FOUR of our projects, yes, FOUR, not one, soon after listing when the management will be less constrained by the NOMAD straitjacket.. As has been argued here before. This is an IPO in the guise of an RTO. This company will have 4 different prospects in a very interesting are with a long gold producing history, will have raised around 3 million quid in cash, has got some people on board who have done this before.

I would suggest that if it doesn't come back at a premium, sonething's amiss. This is a good one.

I fear some of you Lexers are frothing at the bit a little bit too much. There are many hoops to go through, not least the huge formal document that brokers used to call a "red herring", likely 200 pages or so.. A formal prospectus if you like. That has to be approved by the NOMAD and it must not contain any statement which cannot be verified.

Informal placement effort/soundings can happen during this time though, and I'm sure that those efforts are being made. As to announcements, management of any well managed business will not make trivial, meaningless announcements about how a placing is going from one day to the next as this creates uncertainty and also, the NOMAD would not allow it at this delicate RTO time. All announcements on this subject have to be approved by them and have to be factual rather than conjectual

So take it easy, silence in this period is not unusual. In fact it is to be expected. We're on to a potential screamer here. Sit down, put your belts on and enjoy the ride... We're going to make money here. Relax!!!!

This one is an IPO in effect because its a completely new business for the company, whether it trades at a premium or discount depends on the market perception of the assets being injected.

If you had a listed company involved in say, computer parts and it bought another computer parts company, that is not really like an IPO. It's an expansion of a similar business. But investors still judge it based on the value perception of the assets being purchased.

Good synergy = price up.
Bad synergy = the opposite!

In our case, the assets are speculative exploration assets. They are being injected into a listed shell. From what I can see, the diversity of the assets and their location in a first world country works in the favour. Time will tell. But this is a big punt for me.

Just in case anyone has an issue with consolidation, it does not increase or decrease the value the of the company. It aims to avoid conversations about telephone numbers in stocks, though there are some cultural issues here too in the sense that the USA is a jurisdiction that prefers high value share prices and a small number of shares. Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway stock price, for example, is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. At the other extreme is Lexington with approximately 1,108, 172,890 shares priced at 0.338p and a market capitalisation of around 3.7mn pounds. If we consolidate:

10:1 there are 110.817,289 shares

But the market capitalisation stays the same as each share is now worth 3.38p and so on. Consolidate 100 to 1 and it will be 33.8p. Easier to count, less phone numbers involved.

My bet is that they will consolidate 10 to one and we'll end up with a nice penny stock at around 3.38p /share. A good start for a new mining exploration stock.

I'm sure they are quietly chatting to potential investors right now and sounding them out on price and demand concerning the upcoming placement... With gold as hot as it is, my guess is that this will be a easy exercise.
