Just with the reporting question, MG reported every 5 percent on the way up. He would likely have to do the same on the way down...

Taking a look at the buying yesterday, it looks like MG all the way. All millions and 2 millions. The price is well supported. My guess is that either MMs were getting themselves even more into the hole or were covering. Still, I'm pretty sure they are short 50 to 100mn shares, around 15 to 30% of the free float. I dread to think what will happen when that gets covered... But it can only be good for us Richlanders... Watch the sparks fly.

Moving nicely towards a logical conclusion. Market maker who shorted 15mn the other day must be quaking in his or her boots, Not Wellington ones. Who knows, maybe we'll hit the magic big 40 today. Charts are looking good, and the market is hugely short as we move inexorably towards suspension. If they wait till AFTER the RTO, they'll be triple stuffed... At least... Or, they may start to square their RLD book before suspension!!!?? Where will they get 50-100mn shares? That'd be fun to watch. Either way, hang in there boys and girls.... Explosion imminent!!!

0.00395 on a day when it raded 10mn shares between0.0032 - 0.0038. Unless you are totally stupid, you don't pay a huge premium to the market to own 1.5% of an AIM listed company. As I understand it, 1) when the RTO is announced, the stock is suspended and the company has to have an asset ready to vend in. Its probably identified one already. 2) Marketing documentation and prospectus are finalised after a week. 3) Marketing takes place, say another 2 to 3 weeks, 4) marketing completed, notify NOMAD, another week. 5)NOMAD happy, stock unsuspended. 6) Market makers cry in their breakfast Coz Stock has tripled. 7) AGM of company called to approve the deal and the capital raising. 8) we watch in amazement as the newly refunded and reinvigorated RLD reaches for the skies...

A couple of obersvations after a break trading Forex
1) The MMs are still horribly short
2) Just because there was an Aussie twist to RLD when it was a precious stone outfit doesn't mean that the new aseet will be there. There are tons of great opps on the othr side of the pond, though I concede that it may be the land of Oz
3) Price has stablilised nicely and after getting a few weak proofit takers out of the way we are motoring on not the largest volume, but, all grist to the mill......
I haven't sold a share, and I still think that we are pretty much in last chance hotel for those who need to stock up. Get those boots filled, as a few brokers have been known to say!!!

All coming together now. Excellent close near highs for the day. Half decent volume and looking at the shapes of the trades, not much evidence of MG. The stock is going up with its own momentum... Nice place to be.

We have a lunatic called Mark Greenwood who's bought 29.1% of the company In the last 3 months, and lives in Bangkok, same town as as the CEO. Its all beginning to look very intriguing. Jump in with both feet, and don't forget those boots..

Yes, reminds me of the adage I have used here before that concerns, nods, winks and blind donkeys. I'm just following the money. MG can't be as stupid as to invest 500,000 quid or more on a mere whim...

Interesting that they know each other, however, really shouldn't be that surprising since the top end of Expat, even in big cities like Bangkok is pretty internecine. Especially since they are old timers in the business community, frankly, it would be more surprising if they didn't know each other... However, it doesn't mean that MG IS able to access insider information... Just that he could have. Can't rule it out though...

You seem to assume MG wants to take it over. I remember that someone mentioned he had property in the South of Thailand. Not exactly the sexiest of assets to list in London. I'm trusting present management. There WILL BE AN RTO. Of a precious metals asset of some description and somehow he's got wind it. As I've said in these pages before.. A nod's as good as a wink to a blind donkey!!!

Buying more would be totally appropriate..
