That decision would be down to CRUK, they have a duty to not only keep trials going but also to get a return on their investment. They could choose to do whatever they wanted, but it would be sensible to assume they would choose the party that offered the best potential returns and results.

Sl100, you seem sensible educated and informed. The point I’m trying to make is that the way things stand at the moment it’s hard to see how it can continue. Valju and Freddy are trying their best to improve the situation and you say there are better options but you refuse to say what those options might be ?

We are running short of time now so if you have some credible options then now would be the time to say imo ?

Sl100, the bod have only once purchased shares in the last 10 years.

However it was included as part of a very heavily discounted placing and they were forced to do it to help get the placing done. Not only that, it was only 3 directors for a grand total of 10k each.
Which as you know is just a few weeks wages for them.

It was just a token gesture to keep the long suffering shareholders quiet for another year.
