Pad - indeed. As I said to Freddy on the phone last week, i fully agree that GM needs to go As he doesn’t bring anything tangible to the company, however his attitude and presence on all the bulletin boards causes nothing but confusion and resentment.

However I said that I wasn’t sure that their decision to remove SV was a wise one and made a point of saying that instead of removing her ,it would be better to retain her but at a demoted role ?

Its best to stick to facts and previous performance as the best indicator of future performance. And I could list over 100 examples of past and on going performance that Could be described at best as ‘well under anyone and everyone’s expectations’ to put it mildly and politely. But I think you know what I really mean ?

If the BOD buys any shares now it will be seen as an absolute insult to the shareholders and a mockery of the claim that they couldn’t buy any shares for the last 10 years as ‘they were in a closed period’. How stupid do you think the shareholders are if they were to suddenly be able to buy 50% of the company for 300k after rinsing every single penny off shareholders for 10 years .

Rightback, the proposals are spot on and I said as much in phone calls with Freddy. My issue now is that they have delayed so long (on purpose in my opinion) and have stated that they only now have about 2 weeks cash left which will obviously not see them through to the EGM, let alone the imminent placing if the egm is successful.

What needs to be addressed now is the issue that there is simply no cash left for next week, let alone 6 weeks time ?

I can see gm and Sv down the Doric with triple g and t’s thinking ‘ how the heck are we going to be able to pay our three mortgages and go on five holidays a year now ‘

Freddy, honestly so do I. But if we are going to be honest, how has the company behaved in the past ?

How are the acting now ?

Haven’t posted in a while as I though it was best to give the company a reasonable amount of time to address the shareholders of their threats to the shareholders in the event of a no vote and also their legal obligations to keep shareholders informed of any requests for an EGM and subsequent resolutions.

More than enough time has passed in which time a legal response should have been issued and in my opinion this points to the glaringly obvious situation where the next rns states that they will be be appointing administrators and delisting from the market. The company has already told us that this will more than likely happen so we should for a change actually believe what they say.

I sold out yesterday on the spike thankfully only 2% down and was holding on hoping for a miracle, but it looks like it’s game over.

Nomlungu posted last week that this company has a value as a ‘cash shell’ and at first i agreed but after a bit of research, the only aim companies that survive as cash shells which then lend themselves as a reverse take over target are companies that have at least 1.5m CASH in the bank and can afford to pay the ongoing NOMAD and listing fees which run into hundreds of thousands each year, which obviously val can’t afford to. So would lose any associated tax benefits under that scenario.

I honestly can’t believe the silence from the company over the last month, they obviously have no belief in their own company or any intention whatsoever to try and save it imo.

Maths prof , where are you getting the £5m figure from, you are usually pretty good but seems like you are now guessing ? It could be much less or it could be much more ?

Surely if it’s true then you can write or post them wherever you want to ?

Freddy, a consolidation will have to happen no matter what the outcome unless the 201 report is released in the next few days and lifts the shareprice.

Iwould be happy to vote for it as long as there is some changes at the top !
