The presentations on the tech - both of them are why I came here - Covid was just early upside.

The AvA6000 was meant to be in human trials about a year ago - the Profs deadline not mine.

The tech looks good and to some the deals they have done with Tufts etc are amazing. Delivery on the promise is poor. Good news for us is the people who got involvdx in the fund raise probably won't be that patient.

DOH - that development has probably been priced in since January last year - pharma profits are made by maximising time from marketing launch to patent expiry. The longer the RD process takes the lower the total profit. My belief is that I have seen outfits that are better at getting it done but hey that's based on not much evidence. Benchmarking Avacta against other companies suggests significant room for doing stuff faster - trust me - I've been there and saw companies like GSK literally overtake their competition by years

Affirmers are only part of Avacta.

In 14 years Avacta have managed to turn affirmers from being a lab based technology into a lab based technology and warm feelings

Covid test is the value at the moment. If it happens then fantastic - if it doesn't SP will dip - we all stay with fingers crosses cause it is the only stock I know share holders have to rely on junior members of staff to get their news

Qualitative statement concerning some patients comments. Suggest google clinical trials, statistics and the scientific method.

Could go up on publication of full results but even then is likelybto need an expensive phase 3 study. Suspect this released for other purposes - wouldn't be able to tell acquirer without RNS first I think?

Can I just clarify. When you say it clearly works is that a scientific or a clinical opionion.

I'm thinking it is a ad hoc qualatative statement from what appears to be a fairly small pilot study. Unusual to see in an RNS.

The share price reflects the information we have about the Avacta test.

It is currently lower than many of us think it should be.

Their is only one source of information for this type of share and that is the company.

The information they have is not been passed to the market - we don't even know what stage of development the test is at. Things have clearly changed since the RNSs in spring, summer, autumn.

It may be good news, it may be bad news but jeez as a share holder I'd like some information to base an informed investment decision. My hooe is that there is still believe within management hence no "it is all over" RNS but an explanation of how they got their forecast so far out would be welcome - even if its a sorry but delay RNS. Maybe its one of those moving manyana type things

I think it highlights

1. People are genetically different and thus respond differently to chemo
2. That some of these differences result in chemo choices being withdrawn
3. Generic tests will result in "personalises" medicine - adapted drugs for those that have vuneralable SNPs
4. Instant market segment for Avacta to dominate and then expand - pricing vs market share type stuff.

I think the point is whatever happened that shareholders are not asking for much just to be kept informed. AS sets a deadline, share price responds. He misses it, share price responds. He hoards the facts like they are his to bestow upon the market has he sees fit, Fourteen years and warm feelings need to become something solid or they need to get someone who understands share holders and the value of time.

Would it cause any upregulation of other pathways?
