To be fair I think Rolly is just saying there are a lot of known unknowns - for example we know in the lab we have affirmers that bind c19. We have had discussions with 3rf parties about manufacturing. What we don't know is there a test that works in the teal world and if so how much capacity has Avacta secured.

Those unknowns represent investment risk - (concerns is wrong word). This risk is reflected in SP. Once those risks disapear then price will move - one way or the other.

The company could shed light on this but choose not to. Hopefully that is to the benefit of us shareholders - my concern is it is to the benefit of the management team
