I have watched an ii holder accumulate a 14% stake in one of my other holdings BOR over the last year all on the open market which has gone from 1.5p -13p at its recent highs.

They could approach lanstead for some off book deals if they like but if that’s a no go then I’m not sure where your getting this random idea of offering a new investor a gift just to get them on board. How do you think landstead would think about their 10p warrants being pulled ‘out of the money’ if they issued equity sub 10p to suit a new investor? Ii’s can and do buy on the open market, I’ve seen it numerous times it’s just roger making something out of nothing.

Pharma are probably lowballing Tim at the minute so we need a bigger invester base to underpin the share price at multiples of todays SP so we can command something much more like fair value.

I think we will be getting cash offers of a takeover for around £250-£300m and Tim is not taking it so he’s hiring help to let potential partners know we are going for maximum value.

For starters who on earth would take a bio pharma private when the whole idea of being publicly listed is to access funds due to the high cash burn.

Secondly the BOD don’t own enough to get anywhere near the level of votes in favour to take this private.

I think the only problem we have is quantifying imm value. Tim has brought Ketan in to help with that. Getting a deal isn’t the problem, it’s getting the right one.

At the root cause all disease is inflammation. P140 has the ability to be used or adapted to be used alongside so many diseases it is quite staggering.

It’s one of the reasons why I was so excited when I first researched immupharma and one of the reasons I’ve always been so confident of a full TO.

I also think out TO predictions of £1 could be very reserved.

Lanstead won’t be selling warrants I don’t think. They will sell to cover their cash payments, but there’s no rush to excercise warrants. They can be cashed in the same in the event of a T/O.

I would go as far as saying you just would not go on multiple interviews and talk like Tim did unless you have a deal already drawn up. Now it’s just the legal side of things imo.

Tim had plenty of opportunity’s to extend the deadline and move the goal posts when being interviewed but he never once changed what he has been saying. I was very skeptical of Tim I will 100% admit,but I just don’t get why anyone would leave themselves so open to criticism if they didn’t have to.

It was almost to the point where Tim, legally ,could not be any more positive.
