How is this still rising? These buybacks are making such a false share price it’s frightening to think how fake it all is.

I am quite confident mms are holding this in a range while a transaction is taking place. They don’t have any large quantities of shares to sell but won’t move the bid up.

The 20day sma is 11.2p and support is 10p so day by day we have a coiled spring and a close above that 20day sma should give a mini breakout to 15p area.

Is landstead are offloading their remaining shares they need to offload to cover payments, but they are doing so off book at this level. SP seems to have found a base with no more selling.

Landstead don’t want to push the share price down too much so their warrants are all in the money.

Our new NED may have an investor lined up to take lansdreads surplus so I expect a leg up again soon.

My thoughts are we have had offers but they have been low ball total buy outs for around £250-£300m and Tim isn’t having it. So he’s brought someone on board who specialises in deals and obviously will have pharmaceutical connections.

Don’t forget we have a lot of large investors very heavily in the red. They are looking for a return, not breakeven and ultimately they have as much power as Tim.

Don’t forget this is a complex deal that has to be accepted by avion aswell if the buyer wants full control of the patent. There will be a lot of people sat around a table ironing out demands on all sides right now.

80% held in large shareholders hands who have averages at multiples of todays SP and won’t be happy with just a break even, they want large profits.

There is little to no stock available and this recent rise to 10p was nothing, it should never have been under 10p to start with.

Once in a lifetime stock this and I am very confident a deal is closer than we may realise. My target is still £1 absolute minimum on a buy out but maintaining some sort of single digit royalties percentage for the future.

I beleive this is where our new NED has come in to help with negotiations.

This deal will be extremely complex and in the big pharma industry they will do whatever they can to shaft you with fine prints or terms that will reduce your royalties or payments in some way. All this screams to me is they want someone who is in the finance/m&a field - to over see the deal they have drawn up.

I actually think a deal is much closer than many might think.

If a NED is here to help quantify a deal, he will be paid upon making that deal happen, it’s very likely he draws no salary at all.
