GS - I really like your logic and I think you are right. I have a feeling the candidate is going to be big and that shows in our package and also what the BOD are accepting on their side.

I would have had an investor presentation by the target before the vote so we could see what we were buying and see the vision.

This could be a great company and crumbs would be lift changing.

However, the foresight of the BOD is cringeworthy

@hasiba that is exactly how I feel. From my initial cost of £10k I will get around £1500 I would rather loose £1500 and see those weasels get nothing

The value of Motif as a cash shell is more than that... don't we have a US listing as well?

So the candidate has a fast track to listing in the UK and US and some cash in the bank.

Surely that would cost more than 4% of the current valuation?

Also is £16m pre or post money? We have just raised a load of cash...

I want to for YES for the transaction but NO to the warrants and consolidation can I make it that granular or is it binary

The challenge we have if we vote against completely is we won’t have the cash to complete another deal.

As for the warrants, 30p to break even on them. We don’t know the go live price yet.

You need to vote in the correct process not some dodgy mailbox.
The vote will be sent to your trading / broker platform as a corporate action.

I bet the deal has been agreed already for a large shareholder so our vote won't count anyway
