Basically any previous value we had was removed.

We literally bought into their funding round essentially.

ARB is only as good as BTC is and looking at the number BTC has lost 50% of it's value so in theory the "asset" ARB are mining is worth 50% less.

HE1 in the other hard is trying to get an "asset" that is becoming more expensive every day

If we can block this transaction, we should call a general meeting (only need 5%) and vote to kick out ALL involved and bring in somebody that can get this deal done.

Will out "No" vote blocker the iclarpin or whatever it is called transaction as well? That to me is daylight robbery as well and somebody mentioned how they wouldn't be surprised to seethe Motif team on the board once the transaction goes through.
