This is not a joke and I am trying to figure out how to do this but here goes.

I have an EIS investment in an early stage education platform that has received funding from Development Bank of Wales.

The CEO and I talk frequently and has just advised he could make an intro.

If I were to go down this route and approach the candidates biggest investor would anyone want me to represent their vote if I could talk to them?

100:1 is still bad BUT with more warrants it would be bearable

I think people want a better deal in the current candidate not a whole new candidate.

Surely if better terms e.g. Warrants and Consolidation the FCA would grant an extension if the investors we getting a better deal.

They will flip it when they want and the brakes will be off. Opening tomorrow probably haha

I have emailed them and just chased today after 7 days of silence.

Given nobody from the board is going to the candidate the board are merely the team to finish the RTO

I guess we need to know the process and then come up with some resolutions

The board need to remember they work for the investors

I have emailed Wallbrook to understand who organises the GM given the amount of shares in issue on this board alone we should be able to call one as you only need 5%

You will need to have a list of resolutions to pass.

Also we could still call a general meeting and vote to throw out the current board if we wanted to.

To see if the board or candidate are looking at better terms?

Ii'm also in HE1, COPL and G3E they are my only hopes

We will still be an "active" company just not on a stock market. So we are now as of tomorrow all shareholders in a private company and we now need to hope something comes of Iclaprim which might happen if somebody is willing to have off our hands...

Wouldn't the raised money for given on a successful transaction?

I'm of the opinion the candidate we will want this to happen. The funds involved will want to cash out.

Another RTO could take months if not a year.

An IPO would be hard

A SPAC would be hard

This is a route to market but they need to see us right

I mean renegotiate better terms with this candidate.

The candidate and their investors want a deal just as much as we do.

The terms we just clearly not good enough for us.

I would love to know the answer. Surely they can renogitate terms of the consolidation...

What is stopping them, surely the FCA or Markets would give them time if it doesn't shaft the retail investors.

I couldn't quite hear, sorry. They will issue an RNS today or tomorrow with the full numbers.

The question is do the candidate want to renegotiate and give us a better deal or start again.

Some big money has lost out today, the story is not over.

I think we will see a new deal come through.

Seems odd to me we are stuck at this price. £20m upfront after the deal is done could be used for some interesting stuff.
