Totally agree. A deal is a deal and it’s a badge for the next go.
I bet the board will be having an anxious weekend. I can handle loosing £10k but flip I would hate to think I could lose a few hundred grand
Saint I can see your logic but for the sake of 3% of £10k I would rather the BOD get jack diddly
The deadline is over so worried or not nothing can be changed on the GM call unless they propose a new deal and we have to vote again.Best case they come back for a better dealMedium case we loose it allWorse case they manage to get this deal through
Shame there is no visuals on the call like Zoom etc I would love to see the face of GL and CW drop when their fat piggy bonus is refusedSlime
Assuming this dog of a deal goes through and we have lost our arses. Was there a date set for the new company to do an investor presentation? Given we go live on Tuesday or Wednesday I would have thought the new Co. would have rallied the market by now
Abstain I would think

I can see this landing in June. Why, because we don't need to vote on anything and the cancellation and readmission happens all on the same day.Nothing in the process has much of a time delay.
Well as somebody said previously, unless told otherwise we should believe it is happening this month.
Novice Novice Novice I agree with you there.I have actually enjoyed the last few months on here it’s been quite the journey
The bod and new Co. have definitely read this board The lack of willing I to try and persuade us to vote for the transaction is telling I’m not confident we have blocked it but I bloody hope we have and watch them get zero
If the transaction goes through Walbrook might not have the new Co. as a clientWalbrook have done their job and have one more thing to update us on and that is the GM and results of the voteTheir hands will be washed on this DOG
So if that is correctCost of listing = noneCash in Bank = around £600kTax Relief = US $18 millionValue of Motif Bio £600k Yeah fffing right

I honestly believe we are missing something. Nobody on this planet can think the value of Motif Bio is £600k
Checkout Ten Bio, Christopher Wardhaugh is a director there and they raised big money this year. I wonder if that poor company know how hard Christopher Wardhaugh shafted his investors in Motif
That is one tasty BTC chartI have never actually traded BTC but I can see why you would :D :D :D Come on ARB

Yeah "Blockchain" does not mean BitCoin only as per the job spec "Experience with Ethereum, Bitcoin."
Anyone fancy clubbing together and getting an advert in City.AM telling the market how good the BOD are
