We only need 5% which is about 30m shares right to call the meeting? Then the Company will need at their expense call a general meeting to ALL shareholders.

So please get onto Telegram and behind closed doors we can validate shareholders and then send in the letter.

The reason I feel we must do something is that this company is NOT dead and a long way from it.

Yes we might be removed from the stock exchange

But we still have assets, we still have tax benefits that another private company could use.

We could still all see some value from this.

Do you want the greed directors to reap any more from this business.

I would actually like to try and get genuine shareholders to have some sort of informal call and discuss putting in place one of us as a board observer or member.

Plan:

1. Can somebody setup a telegram group or share an existing one
2. We all need to agree some resolutions
3. Resolutions and EGM proposal is sent to Motif
4. Await response

I think we have about 60-70m shares in issue between us all on here right?

We can send a letter to the Motif team with resolutions and a call got an EGM
