Not quite panning out

The candidate looks promising and we don't know the go live price.

I honestly think we need to vote FOR and hope we have a good day one.

So forgive the quick and dirty message but wanted to get somethings off my chest.

1. Yes this discount and our "paper" loss looks bad, but we don't know the go live price
2. They managed to secure a large amount of funding pretty quickly - this is a huge positive
3. Unlike other RTO candidates it seems they are actively recruiting and have a decent team
4. Does our US listing mean they are going overseas straight away

I think we might be surprised how this goes and they clearly have a need for cash.... but why? Are they bringing something to market.

It sucks we don't multi-bag on day one but what deal real would have done that...

We are due millions I repeat millions in the bank and we are down. Why aren’t investors piling in... it’s fresh money

Sure as the sun rises in a morning they won’t answer our questions about shareholder value in the investor call. I put my last penny on saying the transaction has enough votes from the board and others outside of the retail crowd to pass it.

The vote is semantics

You have the right to buy X amount of shares at your given strike price.

The warrants are crucial in my vote. As is the go live price which I can’t see being anywhere near £1

The wording is probably intentional for you to vote for it without knowing what the actual deal is.

I bet my last penny on the fact they will not answer the questions in the investor presentation.

My other doubt is all us on here wouldn’t have enough equity to block the transaction.

Estimated market capitalisation of the Company at Admission at the Placing Price = £16,195,975

This is not a small fry company

However if I read it right 105,161,077 shares in issue gives us a price of £0.15

Unless I am reading something wrong

So we now need to know the go live price.

The prospectus should have that no?
