both parties need to agree a later date and if the new Wood Group BOD decline then the deal terminates.

Is it possible that the board are delaying the release of the accounts to cause the sidara bid to collapse as I believe that this was one of the conditions of the bid, Sneaky way for the new people in charge to get their way!!!
