@No8 Sidara will only buy shares under 30p. Let's say Sidara buys loads of shares Wood for an average of 27p, then they can vote in favour and receive 30p per share. Winner winner chicken dinner. SIdara cannot and will not buy any shares for more than 30p for obvious reasons.
