Yeah that's what I was looking at. In particular 6.1.3B & C. The 75% threshold revenue from CBD business. As it started in April 2019, FY19/20 it's revenue certainly was not over 75% of company revenue for that year compared to the revenue from East Denver. If we still had those ED assets we could have transitioned as an o&g company within a year then disposed. The FY20/21 is unlikely to have CBD breach the 75% threshold though we will know better when the interims are released the o&g revenue during those 6 months. It's still possible for FY20/21 then we would need a full two years after that FY21/22 & FY 22/23 and making application late 2023. Failing the threshold for this financial year would make it late 2024. Of course only when we have the premium listing could we make any for the FTSE indexes. We may never reach that point if a bid for the co. comes in and is successful...

After looking into it a bit further I believe the earliest we could apply for a change from standard listing to FTSE premium market listing is late 2023.

Great news on the OTC upgrade to the top-table OTCQX listing. Trading on OTCQB was quite thin though there were a few times when more than 100,000 moved in a day. There have been a few this week. One benefit of OTC listing is the disclosure of any short positions, I think there were 30 odd thousand at the end of November. These seem to be disclosed twice a month, once mid-month and again at month end with roughly 14-16 days lag. There hasn't been any outstanding disclosed for December so perhaps they are all closed.

Does anybody have a feel when we may be able/in a position to move up from our FTSE Standard listing to FTSE Premium?

HD/Gallini any thoughts?

The exposure on OTCQX should lead to us having a solid investor base in the US, outside the current major shareholders :-)

You could be right Jimjams. Although it says on Paul's linkedin position of VP of Corporate Finance since sometime in November I wouldn't think he would update linkedin unless his position wasn't confirmed.

Perhaps he has had a month or so handover (remotely) from Melvyn Davies during December for example the nuances of UK accounting versus US etc and his official start will be the beginning of January. No doubt any RNS with the appointment if due will come at some point.

Noted that Melvyn Davies who was stepped back in as interim CFO earlier in the year has now left and has been removed from the Board and Management section of the web.

The Eucalyptus and Lavender CBD massage oil has also been out of stock for weeks. Wouldn't think the re-stocking would need to wait for novel foods as it's not ingested. Find it quite surprising that at peak sales period - festive/xmas presents etc - our entire range is not completely stocked up. In the current online retail market which everyone is now driven to the 'customer' just goes elsewhere if products are not available at their point of purchase.

The gummy situation is unbelievable, I don't believe anyone is going to 'make-up' for lost days/weeks of non consumption when they are eventually available. Why couldn't they just have bought more of the current supply, that were already okay for the UK market, whilst the 'new' ones were going through the novel foods process. As these are contract manufactured there are the same products available under different brand labels.

If you are quickly selling your most popular products and you see that by the sales, surely you want to keep these ""well"" stocked.

In accounting terms I understand; prior to October 2019 the oil & gas operations as far as the 2019 interim accounts were 'continuing business' thereafter they were 'assets for disposal', so the 'non-continuing' asset revenue/profits are stated differently in the final accounts than the interim accounts.

I may not have the exact terminology but you get the idea...

Listening to the Sandfire webcast at about 53 mins in (during the Q&A section) there is mention of the Botswana Government being able to acquire up to 15% of the project. This we knew from the MOD/MTR JV info from years back. One point they mentioned is that should the BW Government take the decision to invest let's say for 10% then Sandfire would be able to reclaim back 10% of their investment to date (sunk cost?) in the project. Do you know if this would 'refund' costs prior to Sanfire? ie. Would MTR gain refund for 10% of their 30% JV cost on T3 or was this relinquished when MOD took on the whole T3 project? Woudl this extend to A4 also?

Silly question perhaps... As we are suffering with the AIM manipulation,couldn't we just delist AIM and relist on FTSE Main market (non premium)?
Accepted we wouldn't have a NOMAD on main market. Would we be at less risk to minipulation?
