I don't think the plans for the pipeline are fake. I expect the idea was hatched in a backroom in the Tanzanian Government building.
I can't speak for prosciutto, but personally it's not the plan that is of concern, it is the moving forward and implementation of the plan that will I fear prove more difficult. I've told you that already.

Well is it true? The Tanzanian authorities may be planning a pipeline, but planning and constructing are two very different things. Construction has not yet started, and yes you're correct I would very much like confirmation that the plan is actually proceeding to implementation.
We don't know what the interpretation of the 3D seismic data is (assuming it is complete) as it hasn't been shared, so we have no idea whether the results justify the cost of a pipeline.
The difference between us is that you treat plans, expectations etc as fact. I don't.

...well, they say scheduled for late March, but you read it as scheduled to start on March 31 ?
So we'll see if the two-week testing is complete by April 14.
