I've been holding S4 for around 2ish years, I'm currently around breakeven and my finger is hovering over the sell button as it always seem to inevitably drop back lower. I just know that long term, this could easily 200% to 400% from here

Yeah true Alessandro, then the Profits and property valuations should look better, hopefully patience should pay here over time

Great track record and decently secure rents, same with Assura. When interest rates start coming down, should start to look good and be a good bet IMO

Yep I agree and it looks the same to me. I've been buying quite a few here at these levels for the long term

Nice average Melab, to be honest it's not normally a company I would have bought into really, but after some research and looking at its value now compared to a historical basis, it looks like a great long term opportunity IMO

You can fit 13 United Kingdoms (land wise) into Australia and yet we in the UK have a population of almost 67 million, whereas in Australia the population is almost 27 million, do you think that's good for health, opportunity and standard of living for British citizens?

I understand immigration is important in every country, but it's been and got ridiculous here, there needs to be some regulation to it

I agree, I have been buying with the long term view of value here, I'm pretty overweight in CBG, but once the FCA Investigation is finalised (whenever that will be), there seems to be lot's of value and upside at these levels to me, hopefully anyway

Ahh I see Fangkat, so you keep a core holding to hold long term for when the tide should hopefully turn and trade with another if a stock hits the lows. Interesting way of doing it, as I just trade out with my whole position (about £21,000 here) whwn trading stocks from time to time and it can be a lot more stressful. May have to gove your process a go.
