I might be wrong, but I can't really see General Motors having an Ad Agency style Advertising division, when they can just outsource to progessionals of the sector for decent enough costs?

You can understand it more with the tech companies they want to be the jack of all trades

It does look very good value for the FCF it's putting out, especially in the current Economic climate

Plus the number of shares that are being bought back daily, with the new £55 million allocated to doing so on a reasonably low share count

Not that anyone should care, but I've increased my holding here now to 100,042 shares, which for me is a lot :)

Looks very cheap considering the path to profitability over the next year or two with cost savings and some previous contract wins like Taco Bell and General Motors

With the look forward to hopefully more share buybacks and dividends to us shareholders

I always appreciate Nigeco, Msn and GoCPI's post, so thanks to you guy's for the reads

That's crazy to think about and very true, puts in perspective how cheap this has become, that Shell and BP could save so much money on future cotnracts by just buying the damn company for as much

I recall Barclays buying 5% of the company around the 24p areas at the last large drop before any takeover offers, it looks like they still hold as far as I can see

Hopefully not, it wasn't long since the last one, could be though

I've increased my stake here by 60,000 shares as I think the CEO Neil Johnson has always seemed decent and the stock seems good value at these levels to tick along in the background of my pf, with a nice 10.5% annual dividend yield

Hopefully the traiffs and macro haven't affected the predominantly UK based companies in Duke's portfolio

Yep I've got 8,000 shares now, looks good for the long term and after watching all of their investor presentations, I like their mindset when it comes to their shareholders

I agree that I'd like to see that, but to be fair there was quite a lot of shares purchased by the board in October 24 with the initial drop to arpund the £8's and £9's area, so they obviously saw value even there

You would hope they're putting some money aside to do a large purchase at these levels, but they have been net buyers of their stock

Shorts reduced here again on the 11th March, do they maybe see less possible downside from here? Not sure why else they would be reducing, if they know/think it could fall a lot further

Interesting to see shorts reducing each day towards the results. Doesn't always explain much, but hopefully a good sign for the results

Yep agreed I don't have £100,000 worth, but I have loaded up with 90,347 shares at an average of 26.12p in my ISA. Seems good for long term potential in this stock, it's history and when compared with historical valutaions.

Does anyone know the exact NAV per share please? It looks to me Net assets at over £3 billion, so with rough number of shares in issue, looks to be around £4.65 per share?

Looks very good value on most metrics and when compared to other self storage REIT's on other exchanges. Growth expansion should feed into FCF into future

I've been buying here with the long term view.

It's crazy that the current share price is lower now, than it was in 1993.

The Shorts look to be playing on the uncertainty here, but once there's more clarity and a figure(s) on all this, this company looks unbelievably cheap on any basis and has been well run/reliable for a number of years on the market

I can be patient and if they reinstate any kind of divi in the next few years, that would just be a bonus

My average is at £3.75 Accountant, so quite a bit higher than yours.

If they reinstate a divi eventually and get all this behind them, once there's more clarity on a figure for the FCA and after effects of all this, hopefully should do well in the long term at these prices and anywhere below £5 IMO
