The details of their remuneration are in the Annual report and accounts. Usual spread of various targets.

The good news for us is that as of fairly recently there is now a mechanism that also involves the share price, so they finally have an incentive to raise it. They still win all round even if it sticks but better than it was.

Remember the last presentation....When they said they would def sell it this year a couple of brokers expressed some cynicism in the current market. Euan put on his best "I'm outraged you could say that" face on and doubled down. If it doesn't get away he's toast I think... well, I would like to think anyway!

No mate, it crossed my mind but looks like my Guvnor is in the UK that day, so will prob be in London but I don't think it would be his cup of Gluhwein! My view is that PIs don't make a difference to anything beyond a Junior AIM chancer company. Trading volumes are very low. Id be worried if they were much higher.

I wrote to Stephen Hester when RBS GRG put my business through-he didn't reply..why would he? I wouldn't have done myself in his position. I get the frustration, but real pressure on the board will only come from Institutional Investors not PIs. But if it makes a point.. Be interesting, a high %age voted against the Exec remuneration/directors on RTN recently. Be good to see it again here. ATB

OK, but would you care to give a feel for how many it is? And indeed what a regular medium sized company in this sector would look like?

Its not my field so I can't help but there are a couple on here who probably could.

Otherwise it just comes across as empty rhetoric-you know, share price goes down =management sheet, shareprice goes up management heroes. Truth often somewhere in between. Top management in any listed business generally paid too much-they all look at each other and its self-perpetuating isn't it?

Price is dropping on low volume and no news and shorts have started reducing. They always exit with control of their buy back from what I've seen so it'll drop more yet imho and I (and I think you) will take advantage when they're done. You're trading the share long and short-you've been open about that. I think everyone has the scope to do that easily if that's their thing without all the drama, but hey, all part of it I suppose. GL anyway!
