For me the shorts have to start reducing for it to be going anywhere much above where it is now...
I am currently holding 75% of my long term stock, and when I see that happening I will go back to 100% at whatever that price is at the time. No signs yet though but can happen quickly obvs.
Anyone else thinking the same?

At last some common sense. The 40-50p brigade chose not to post any back up to those figures.
The companies stated $100m in 3-5 years, note Dollars, at 40%.
£81m, £32m PBT say 26 after for the sake of argument MC say 260m tops. About 20p.
And those base parameters will be probably optimistic from management because they have to believe don't they? In the meantime there could be further dilution that destroys even the 20p.
But as you say it's a binary outcome for sure. Place your bets!

Billzo you've basically written there what I put on the COST Advfn board last week and deeply upset the senior residents. Personally I do take into account inherited issues on both companies, but as over there, having the top few getting free shares when the general staff have had nothing for years doesn't sit right.

Am I correct in saying that the measurement date for the £6 hurdle is 5 years from the 2022 AGM ie 5/7/27?
In my head it was earlier than this but maybe not??

Lots of people throwing 40p a share around now on here. I've gone back well into March but haven't seen anyone posting their view of the numbers to justify that figure?
Perhaps I've missed some calcs to show something like that-care to share anybody?

Billybob, thanks for the reply. Thanks for the correction. But I guess the residual problem is that companies can trade for years at below a theoretical MC based in sector sentiment or anything else. Like others I’d be glad to see your figure sooner rather than later!

No panic here son. Cooler than a Polar Bear in a deep freeze. I post how I see it and as I said I have reduced but still hold. And I think Banbury said he is still holding also.
I think before you tell us how much money you've made on this and that you should start posting your trades on here when they happen and we can see how sharp you are. Instead of telling us after the alleged time.

Nice to see some numbers but my understanding of the EV calc is EV=M/cap+total debt-Cash.
ie in this case 160+712-157=715m
A bit different.
