There is a bit of the answer to your question Lionel 19-Feb-1509:28:171.5361,850,000Buy* 1.401.6528.42k Where the buys came from I don't know. One idea of mine is that Amati VCT plc have a shed load of shares and they have deposed of shares before. We have been seeing the odd 500,000 sells going through and by my own rough calculations they still have a shed load more to go! All very vague I'm afraid. All imo and dyor regards RRJ
Lionel - Absolutely none, but could be, 1, Broker review? I don't know where you find this or if you have to pay for it etc 2, Someone is watching the building work for the new premises either here or in the US (if in the US anything is actually off the drawing board), 3, Someone may have seen an Airbus juggernaut delivering parts lol (I wish). 4, Time scale now to completion of Airbus test is now closer than it was 3 months ago. 5, Penny shares of some form issuing a buy recommendation. 6, chartist provoking the next step up (but it hasn't shifted the SP so might see them all being sold in the nest few days). In summary.....who knows. Hope this helps regards RRJ. All my shares are minus so what do I know. :-)

Continuation of my time line. I think I have everything in the news here over the 2 posts. 22nd July 2014 Conditional Placing of 167,875,000 new Ordinary Shares to raise £2.7 million, extracts Proceeds to be used for investment in additional capacity in the UK and a new facility in the US and In order to meet future projected demand, the Directors believe the Company will require additional capacity both in the UK and the US, giving a dual site capability, particularly for serving aerospace markets. The aim is to provide security of supply and to satisfy the logistical needs of current and future customers, particularly in North America. The Directors also believe that a strengthened balance sheet will allow for greater customer confidence when considering long-term business with the Company. and Use of Proceeds The Group intends to use the net proceeds of the Placing to invest in capacity to meet future projected demand, including an additional coating reactor in the UK which the Board expects will increase available capacity there by approaching 50 per cent., and the creation of a processing facility in North America. It is intended by the Group that installation of capacity at the North American facility will be phased to match demand as it develops. The current plan envisages three coating reactors which, once in place, the Directors believe would provide a physical capacity equivalent to the expanded capacity at the UK site. The Company is in discussions with local government representatives on possible grant aid to support the creation of the North American facility. In addition, the net proceeds of the Placing will be used to cover the projected start-up losses of the North American facility as well as the initiation, in the medium term, of a research and development function in the UK and to grow the Company's global business development team. regards RRJ
I am posting this as I was a bit surprised about the potential NEW facility in North America mentioned in the news of 28th October 2014. 'Planning is also at an advanced stage for a potential new production facility in North America. Details will be announced in the near future. ' I thought the moth balled site in Houston was going to be used. I'm not sure if it is now. Here is my time line of extracts from news mentioning America. More will follow in another post as have run out if characters. 30th November 2013 Preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2013, extract In the US Our plant in Houston remains intact but will not become operational until demand from North America has reached a sufficient level. To this end, we are engaged in trials with several of the world's largest valve and oil and gas service companies for high volume parts. Lab testing was completed successfully on our first fracking tool application for a major oilfield services company and they intend to begin field trials with results expected early in 2014. These developments, as well as the appointment of a new US-based business manager are designed to bolster demand in North America to the point at which the plant can be re-opened. Sales in North America to new and existing customers rose by 17% to £0.7m (2012: £0.6m). 28th May Interim results - extracts In North America our increased resource and efforts are also having good results. and Looking forward, an increase in UK plant capacity is being planned and detailed discussions and planning are underway regarding a resumption of production in the USA. MOE FOLLOWS regards RRJ

When will companies accept that it does what it says on the tin? regards RRJ
