No official announcement yet, but my view was they were in line to take Xhalo after HE1 had done with it. Nothing but the planned timing led me to believe that though.
If that was the case and due to their current plans for first gas October, it is just possible they will wait for that rig and drill at the end of the year when Invictus have done with it. There was always a risk of delay with that rig because they had a 1+1 contract. It angered me when DM allowed the naming of the drill to slip through in the RNS, because it allowed Invictus people to play us on the market. They said we could have the rig here, which pumped up the value only turn around and extend for a year, so that slip opened us up wide to insider knowledge and dirty tricks. Not saying it was abused, but the fact is Invictus knew the score and would know the effect of loose tongues.

Right now I want to see this rig confirmed and shipped here in short order. We have the Suez to get through from Tunisia and although the west will do everything possible to keep it open, long term we don't know if it will be under threat at all, but my dad being out there protecting it in the fifties showed it a crucial link worth protecting, so I'm not worried at this stage, but will keep a close eye on the situation.

A little further off topic, I wonder if the fear of that potential threat is behind China's long term plans to build the silk road to the heart of Europe.

No Rojo not TT, I believed in a crook who went on to be involved in a Fact Checking business scam. Good reason for not trusting so called fact checkers in my opinion. You can follow the money with those lying barstewards. They play the pipers tune.

When I give opinion, I think I usually say so, perhaps not every time I post in that same conversation, but overall yes and what opinions I do give are based on known facts at the time. Not on fantasy of where we were or where we might have been ten years ago.
For somebody to state categorically the company is going under as they have is just lying through their teeth. They know it, I know it and so do you. Of course there will always be speculation and opinion, but if its not based on fact it is worth a Jack!

As for the list I posted, I received one question and was answered based on fact.
Every item in that list is officially due to happen, it doesn't mean today or tomorrow, but they are expected inflection points this year.

What would you like at the end of such list? A disclaimer that it might all be bull****? All they do is to show facts so why does it irritate so many when all it does is to compensate for the bull****ters nonsense?

Yes I got burnt badly on AAOG so I take your point and agree entirely on the your comment about not wanting to be responsible for people losing their shirt, but if my postings were factual, I couldn't blame myself for that, in fact if I had that belief I would probably lose my own shirt at the same time because that's where my money will be.

All I asked is that when you speak and challenge posts on behalf of balance; you mean balance :)
I am generally a positive person and an investor with no suicide wish to see my share value go down, so I naturally post mainly positive posts. I do keep them factual based on what we are told either via official RNS or via other official sources such as government.

While I accept not everything turns out 100% as planned by those sources, if we look at past records of many companies in the market, on that basis, I doubt there would be much investment anywhere leaving the field open to traders speculation.

If I recall, you stated last week, you don't like to see opinion stated as fact. May have been someone else, but neither do I and I have challenged Haggis and others on several occasions, the former, to a place where I sit alongside you on his (I think) pretend blocked list, him being one that particularly seems to get your goat and attract your ire.

As for posts effecting the market, I disagree to an extent on this basis.
People are generally nosey and a good headline will always attract readers even if the story itself is bull****. It is how they sell newspapers.

Same applies here which is why Prossie hams weekly blurb uses the term sows ear and there are many other examples. When I read the headline, I can tell almost without reading what the content is about. On the other side we see words such as rig, contract struck gold etc. How else do the herd (more like flock) get to know or react? To those day traders; I imagine the leader board is a quite useful tool to let them see where the action is.
As for casual visitors and new investors, it would also make a difference and good reason for posts to be correct rather than bs negative or positive nonsense. So yes I do disagree on that because I do believe it has influence. To what extent I can't say, but when I first came to investing and this share as a novice, the board was reasonably positive and the prospects looked good. Although we've had a rough ride the last few years, I've improved my position and things to me look better than they've ever been

Like I said earlier a comedian and one who has nothing of value to offer this board but aggravation and ad hominem attacks.

Just to add, the company has no control over this and has made little or no reference to the below steps other than to announce that the government have agreed to fund and build it. The only way we know of these events is by keeping track of the government announcements in their local media. At this stage we can only assume it is on schedule for October until we hear otherwise.
From my own research with pipe layers and at least one other on here who confirmed similar, the actual build, dependent on terrain would take somewhere between 3 and 4 months, so until end of June, I wouldn't be worrying about a schedule slip.

Hopefully that point is covered and can be put to bed now.

2. Land surveys were done Sept and Oct
3. The route has been planned in detail. Touching 5 wards and 13 villages
4. An assessment of necessary compensation has been completed. 253 citizens to receive compensation. Consultation and education sessions have been held with locals. Payments to be made asap
5 On Feb 1st the position of pipeline supervisor was advertised for a nine month contract to oversee all aspects of the building of the pipeline.

Wait and see, sounds like hypocrisy to me, but I'm happy to wait and enjoy the profits I am about to make.

Question is, when myself or others post positive news that brings optimism to the holders, will our friend be happy to shut up and wait and see when he has nothing substantial to challenge that news and expectation with?

Seems to me that the wait and see message comes as a distraction for the fact he has nothing substantial on which to knock back anything in the list he so fears, which makes his balance claim look pretty weak to me.
