There are some 2million people in the UK only just earning that per year before taxes and average for 40+ before tax is £36k before tax. I would suggest for the vast majority that would be considered a very big buy and you are either winding up Haghis or having a perverted attempt to belittle its value. :D

I think your point hard nose would fall on whether people are traders or investors as both have different measures. As said *** packet figures is all that can be had right now, but I would hardly call it Jam tomorrow at this stage when all the ducks have lined up ready to waddle. Considering the initial target was to find 243bcf I personally am more than happy at what was found and it hit the heights based on figures of around 500 found if memory serves me.

As an invester I am more than confident in the Jam coming long before Christmas this year and the figures dont bother me at this time. The inflection points to be released this year alone will surely justify even a twelve month investment, don't you think? If we dont at the very least single bag from here with all that due, then we may as well throw money into slot machines.

Technically hardnose 8tcf is not yet proven nor likely to be fully retrievable, but the flow test at NT2 returned 17Mmcf/d from a restricted interval and the flare would indicate gas is proven.
NT1 also returned 20Mmcf/d and 139 bls of condensate with potential to re-enter and perforate a lower gas zone, which is planned using the rig they use for CH1.

I think we can safely say that there has been miles and miles of that red tape but the government are on board now and are about to construct a pipeline to the madinba plant for first gas expected October. All the preparations have been made we're currently waiting for news on the two week well/flow test decision on well head equipment to connect to the pipe. 3D seismic should already be completed for a decision on the next drill and the rest of it is due around June. It would be nice to have an upgrade on the current figures, but if eight plus tcf is not enough for people and I don't know what is.

Tbh with or without being told, if we had gone it alone NT3 (CH1) would have been the way we had to fund ffd. Jay did actually say openly at the AGM when recommending the farm out, that to achieve ffd without the farm in would be a drill raise scenario over many many years.
