In aggregate the Fundraise and the Retail Offer have raised gross proceeds of £6.8 million (approximately US$8.5 million).

Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, is pleased to announce that, following the announcement on 6 September 2023 (the "Launch Announcement") regarding the launch of a proposed placing (the "Placing") and a direct subscription (the "Subscription") (together, the "Fundraise"), the Company has raised gross proceeds of £6.3 million (approximately US$7.9 million) through the issue of an aggregate of 105,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price"). The Fundraise was oversubscribed.

BG I think the answer is obvious, Crusty has been here long enough to know the movements of this share inside out. He holds or held double figure millions and I'm hazarding a pretty good guess that he has played it enough times for those shares to be close to, if not giving him a completely free ride. In other words, he can't lose here.

Well thats left egg on my face. I still feel this has been dragged down well below where it should be and I feel for nefarious reasons to entice the big boys in for another quick buck.

We've had a big seller and a combined attack on the share both on this board and Telegram that I know of. While the sweetener is there of a second drill and a potential for the retail market. I am not impressed with events.

The only good thing is perhaps we can get on and be more positive, though Sarah Cope I will be watching you closely. I well recall you from AAOG
