Hop2 just FYI there is of stuff from equipment manufacturers on YouTube explaining through graphics and animation just how it all works. Started my life in engineering, so I have a natural fascination to try and understand it, but yes, I accept tech words alone can be a bit daunting.

If people studied this sort of stuff more often it would help them not to be panicked when bashers scream delays. Understanding the engineering process makes people realise it's not quite as simple as making a brew
