I agree Sine, last thing we want is a raise at these levels, but unless Tai turns out a failure I seriously don't see one at these levels or worse in the immediate future. If the funded calls are correct they will at least have enough to drill Itumbula and have six months operational funds.

Right now I have every confidence Tai will come good and thank goodness we probably have much less than a week to wait for those test results 🤞🙏

Tbh my concern is the future rather than the past and at the moment I'm wondering whether there will be any sort of mini Fomo in the last couple of hours, or whether everyone will just wait it out?

If success comes as we hope, if so many are waiting it out, would that likely to cause a bigger boom on announcement as they scramble to get in? Obviously sitting out means they must be willing or accepting they will have to pay a higher price to get a slice of the cake. GLA

Basically I wouldn't rule anything out on aim, but there are always two sides to a situation. I've laid a boardroom position out to you that is just as valid as the one you portray. I can't make you swallow it, but it will remain just as valid as your own theory. We all see things differently.

And of course as I hinted before and Skippy says, this may well have been all done bar the shouting, but could not be released until contracts were signed.

While I understand some may feel it a deliberate ploy to let mates in, I'm looking at it he from a management point if view.

1. We have just been bombshelled

2. We are not ready to disclose

3. We have to respond keeping all options open.

4. We have to make decision today.

5. We made the decision to go with the Epiroc as we cannot trust Sofori and owning our own rig is a good option

6. We made the deal

7. We announced at earliest possible moment.

Ok you may not agree, but if you've ever sat in a boardroom facing potential crisis, you will know how quickly decisions can be made at times of need

What choice did she have after Noble dropped the bombshell? While I agree both parties were probably aware of events taking place. Neither could broadcast their true positions until contracts were signed. So I think it is unfair to knock Lorna on this one as many upset people understandably did.

The purchase of our rig was most likely not yet confirmed when Noble shot the bolt, so while we all suffered a knock back, I fail to see much else she could have said at the time tbh.

As some continue with their repeated raise agendas I will restate and continue to restate the current position...

As it stands from what we have been told they are funded for the second drill, and six months operations with an extra £600k raised over that requirement. It should be obvious to all researched investors that as I have previously said, any contingency within the last sum raised will likely have been used and a good chunk of the £600k possibly nibbled into as well.

There should be no panic of any immediate raise as some might like us to think because every aim company, certainly those I have been invested in have sought the ability at every AGM to issue new shares in the future in case it needs to raise which is quite sensible, so it should be no surprise to anyone such when resolutions appear.

We should all know that building a company and developing an O&G field takes cash but on success, other options may well open up. They may decide better value at this stage would be to drill deeper rather than move on to Itumbula, but we are not yet privy to their thinking or the time and costs of repairs so nobody should be jumping to scary conclusions of an immediate raise.

All that matters at this point is a successful find.

Skittish having been invested elsewhere where a JV occured. It was clear it would have been drill raise drill raise to make things happen if didn't do it. Even with the JV we are still waiting for the Government to sanction the next stage but on going funding is not the issue.

So in my mind it depends whether they can bring it to market quickly and self fund the development. With Helium being so valuable and having our own rig (almost new by time repairs are done lol) it might be possible to go it alone with some loan finance.

It really depends on cost and speed of getting it to market I suppose

Well, as the GSA is still being discussed maybe it is the method of payment that is holding up the signature. Ara will have no plans to do the work then give it away.
