The FFD is what it's about here for me and as they say, the higher these initial numbers the faster the FFD will be.

Although it would be a slower FFD at 250 from Rodders they tell us it makes the company self sustainable, so just proving that will be good for the future imo.

It does infer production once Rodders is installed, but it says it will update when it is stabilise. It also say when it is stabilised it will install an EP, which is the one that will push on to the bog rewards.

I understand that to mean the early fluids from the well will be still be contaminated and although they will perhaps derive income from it, until it is a fully clean and stable flow, it won't produce a fully saleable 250bopd.

Basically its coming, but what I'm saying is dont expect an immediate announcement.

DG I was looking on the positive side for Lorna as their are plenty of positives that people are avoiding, but you could perhaps say both as if both drills were to fail then where would we be?

However if that is the worst case scenario, what difference is it from last week?

Right now she has derisked Tai and has the edge on her side imo.

I think Lorna has done ok but has had her strings pulled by someone there I don't trust which I have stated before. The rig has obviously not played ball otherwise I think we would be in a much better position than we are now and therefore Lorna would have bought it home. Given a good run I think she still will.

She still has two chances, 1st Itumbula and 2nd Tai revisit which is derisked.

In cold light, only the sp has changed but in a warmer light the de-risking is a positive currently being ignored along with those two chances still open to her.

John I'm not so sure I have a lot of sympathy for the big boy placing holders. Afterall it appears that they called the shots in the price and pressured the price down to get it.

Not only did it hurt the smaller long term holders but it damaged confidence so much that there was no opportunity derisk.

Good find Gogs although used it perhaps gives an indication that the repair parts are not as expensive as I thought they might be. With an in built contingency for the two rigs and six months running costs, I am thinking, that and the £600k extra they raised may cover things as originally planned. I can live in hope, but it is a possibility.

If that is the case perhaps there will be no need for a raise in the immediate months.

It is all down to those final costings of repairs and overrun on wages etc. so none of us can be sure without the figures.

Legend I too thought it was a decent interview and put some meat on the bones as to why the move on to Itumbula. That makes perfect sense to me and it wouldn't have been an easy one to describe in an RNS. My only complaint is it would have been nicer to come earlier this morning.

New rough neck on order along with Hydro parts arrive 2 to 3 weeks

Rig arrival at Itumbula sometime next week, currently be dismantled, will rig up ready for repairs to be made.

No mention of raise, all is still going ahead so can we assume the funding is still there at this point?

LW, this time I agree and it is just a matter of timing according to how much they have eaten into that reserve. As someone said earlier it may well be they have enough to get the drill done but will need funding thereafter. In that case the timing would ultimately be down to the final cost of the repairs etc.

Best case scenario is we have enough funds to drill and hope to discover before a raise is required, but funds will be needed at some point.

Onbey I deeply apologise. I never realised that telling the truth about the recent raise and the potential current situation was ramping.

Are you trying to say all the money is gone? Did I say it wasn't ? Did I say it was? I said my expectation that some of the £600k would be gone. I have no clue how much. Would you prefer I told a lie?
