TPDC and PURA are just agencies recommending approval. It is expected to be passed, but surely you must realise the minister has the power of veto and the attorney general might find something wrong with the legal document.

Lets start be looking at that video you refer to because it is clear to me that the two to three weeks started in the previous week before the RNS and interview was released. They would have been able to state the following without knowing would they?

Lorna clearly states at 2.40 that they were able to fulfill the wireline and run a 7" casing over the previous week, she goes onto explain the casing was completed over the weekend.

Now I suspect that 30 second segment confirms my position that they knew the issue the week before and were well ahead of the game before making the announcement Monday.

At 6.40 she also backs my position with news of a specialist hydraulic engineer mobilised to site the previous week to work in parallel.

She went on to say we will move to Itumbula now and once the rig is repaired we can commence drilling straight away.

At 4.40 she states we have moved the well slightly and it has already been completed.

5.30 rigging down started that morning 20th December and will take about a week then transport rig to Itumbula then focus on rigging up and concentrate on the repair work. (Rigging up should be in full flow by now)

6.20 we've already commenced the purchase and mobilisation of the stand alone iron rough neck from the US and also ordering hydraulic parts from other vendors.

Now that bit along with the above only further confirms that action was taken the week before because you cant just source and organise everything like that in an hour or so.

Don't forget everything said in public also has to go through the nomad before release.

So my case is clear and refutes some of your points, but humor us all, assuming nothing had started by then, give us your 7 day spud date range. Even if they started in the Monday by my reckoning it would put us no further out than the 13th and lets face ut, would they really want to go into an early called AGM without something positive to put on the table? I don't think so.

No you are correct we cannot be sure however there are no rampers suggested spud in a matter of days. If it is me you refer too then would you be kind enough to please give your alternatives based in your own timeline and justify your reasons?

My estimates of spud between 3rd and 10th have always been based on them knowing by around 15th November with decisions made and RNS written and put forward on Friday 17th for the nomad to check before release first thing Monday. My two to three weeks began based on the 16th being decision day and allowing two days for parts to be fixed and tested is how I reach my spud date estimate.

I've yet to hear valid alternatives on my views which come from the known timelines provided, but happy to hear reasoned and supported disputes of timelines that are not based on personal opinions about rain, raises and uncle Tom Cobley's personal book care.

Even if Aminex know the results, do you think they would want to pee on their own chips?

Despite what the rules say, it is entirely possible that Ara have given an indication of CPR but not necessarily given it officially in writing. If Aminex have received nothing concrete, then surely under the rules they would not be obligated to reveal something that could be considered woolly?

However as you point out, we have not yet past that anticipated December point of expected announcement so we don't need to be concerned about that until January arrives. Even then though, I would point to the above hardball game.

Personally I am expecting a happy Christmas for holders, but I can't guarantee anything as it all rests with the government. If they are anything like the bunch that reside in our own parliament there will be good news by the bucket load ready for the 2024 elections.

Those that speak this way see profit where there is no real profit to be had and they blame everyone else but their own greed as investments fall and with it potential enormous profits.

I wonder if many of you have ever been self employed or ran a company of any kind, because with respect the vast majority have no clue about the machinations of business.

I imagine there will be a fair few invested that will have held senior positions, but how many will have been responsible for a budget of millions in a position of CEO who has to answer to all sorts of spurious accusations.

Are you seriously telling me this bod don't want success? They might be on a decent salary, but that is peanuts to what their worth will be if they bring home that helium.

Here you have an open honest CEO imo and that is extremely hard to find on the aim market. You may wonder why everything is not disclosed at every move, but you only have to look at the over reactions here to know why! Some of the guys here would take it down a penny if they lost a paperclip.

Last time we were diluted by approx 10%. issuing 100m shares

This time to raise the same amount by pushing it down and supporters wanting a discount to say 2p it would be approx another 30% dilution 300m more shares issued. That is going to take 5bags just to get back to the level before the last raise before it was talked down from 10p

Self defeating spiral created by the investors themselves imo.

Forest it does appear that the right move WAS to trade however I believe best chance for big gains to be gone and too much of a risk now. Of course those who did trade are pushing the idea of a raise heavily because they want cheaper re-entry. Understandable to an extent, but the lower they push it down, if dilution is to come then the more dilution will be required to raise any funding needed. Effectively when the sums are done, these people are cutting their own throats as well as the throats of those who have held.

That's your gamble. You are clearly taking heed of the stock bashers who push the idea of an early raise. I along with many more on this bb don't believe it is an immediate threat.

Long lead equipment has been ordered for the revisit to Tai and parts are in the way for rig repair and a spud at Itumbula could be anytime between 3rd 10th December with results coming before Christmas. I don't believe they would be foolish enough to make that financial commitment without having the funds in place and right now there is no guarantee holders would support another raise.

At the AGM the board will without doubt seek authorisation for share issue, which is quite normal for aim companies, but a good result at Itumbula could knock the need for a raise for further operations as other options will come.

If that success does come as we hope, then the sp will be likely be multiple of todays price and nobody will care.
