Massive sell of over 3m shares for 6p at 2.30pm. Is that the start of an exodus to try and be out over the w/e. We've seen it for the past few days here as people are obviously trading the heck out of this stock but today could be worse than usual with on one having any clue as to what's going to happen for the next three days.

Got to hope the Putin takes his foot off the gas and opts for talks. Hopefully Ukraine can join the Eu as a non military member state and will guarantee it won't join NATO. Think they may also have to cede the two areas that originally belonged to Russia and hopefully that might appease Putin. They just have to find a way to stop the fighting and save every life they can.

..that I can't get out of my head: someone is buying up every single sell. The purchases over the last week or so amount to millions and millions of pounds so it's not pis that's for sure.

No way of us finding out I guess but any thoughts out there? it could be BR and they could indeed be lending out for shorters but...could it also be the buyers? Or Chinese? If NN are in the frame then it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that China will swoop in suddenly to take the whole lot at a fairly modest price but more than NN is offering. Lots of assumptions behind that and I've no idea what is going on but someone is buying an awful lot of shares in this company that is currently on its knees in terms of sp. If it was one main buyer then we should have seen a TR-1 by now but we also know that Queeld aren't particularly bothered about adhering to that little LSE rule given when we were in the FSP they not once declared their holdings in EUA. So, could it be them buying up all these shares cheap as chips?

However desperate the situation is I am looking for crumbs of comfort and trying not to give in to panic. I still haven't sold and now risk losing what for me is an awful lot of money. The only thing I can think of doing that might just get me out of a hole here is to carry on buying in low numbers as the sp keeps on sinking in the hope that when/if it turns around I will be ok.

I read the earlier posts about 'blue skies' etc and looked at Google only to see the sp still below 7p. I can't bear these p & d gangs and Rare_G is definitely involved in one. When ever you see him post something positive and its quickly followed by someone else doing likewise then you can be sure they're hoping to just eek out an extra 4 or 5%. As bad as shorters in my view.

C'mon Guy, don't waste your breath. You know full well there aren't any huge commercial contracts imminent. It was just rabid ramping. Anything to fool just a handful of pis to buy and get the sp up a penny or two so the pump and dump gang could make their daily 5%

AIHL news needed urgently here to restore any sentiment at all. the trouble is with this particular P&D crew is they're thick as rice pudding and make glaringly obvious errors when they're trying to post about GDR's products. AIHL do NOT have a hearing aid, as an example.

News of any more distribution agreements in the EU would be good any time now DB...? You know, keep the show on the road, the lights on, the air moving....

i would love to know what GDR employees think of their CEO. I do hope none of them have invested in their own company or else there must be daily stand-offs between DB and those holding shares.

Richard Dugdale tweeted a while ago that Monchegorskye llc license is in the hands of Rosgeo and awaiting transfer to EUA which would give us 75% ownership of what ever resources lie within that area. That transfer which was in an 'advanced state' and 'almost complete' back in September is still not within EUA's grasp.

I think they will have realised they have to sell EUA’s assets asap or risk losing the lot. Putin will, imho, seize what ever he can from the west to make money by selling on to China. No way are we humble Pis going to see any of this pie now I’m sorry to say.

The BOD need to sell to Potanin urgently for what ever they can get, whether that is just 2 or 3 billion $ for the lot doesn’t matter. If they push now I suspect we will end up with zero. Suspension is of course possible too so they’ve just got to sell it asap. They’re the biggest losers in this unless they take it private. Involvement with Rosgeo has turned into a nightmare for them and they of course hold the full license for Monchergorske llc now and only they can transfer the 75% ownership to EUA. That’s not now going to happen imo. Come on BOD you need to show your class now and deliver something for share holders.

There isn't any news due until March 31st. I posted a reply from GDR to my question on such earlier.

I'm no expert in these matters but EUA is relatively small fry with a mcap of just $200m. I think there was a disorderly market over the last few days but it's settled down again now so I'm not really sure under which criteria LSE would deem it necessary to suspend trading in EUA. As I say, I know nothing. I'm just an extremely frightened lth who has averaged down and added as the drops have continued. I have to hope and pray it has its day and I am willing the BOD to continue dropping RNSs to remain in touch with the share holders.

As for those who think it's fair game to post here and mock people such as myself....karma will have its day with you.

needless to say I'm sceptical of any deal ever being really on the table and think certain people with in AMUR might have had an inkling of the forthcoming invasion and so put this story together so they could get their own shares away at a higher price and then perhaps buy back in much lower. All a bit of a scam if you ask me: a mine that's really far, far away and very difficult to get to...hmmm I fell for it.

No one is walking away from this with £1 per share. Time to get real. This will end in a distressed sale because of what's going on and EUA's negotiating position - which the BOD have been strengthening for such a long time - has all but crumbled beneath their feet. Take what is offered and run. If we get anywhere near 50p now we could consider oursleves incredibly fortunate.

If you're right about that mac (not the wages bit) then I hope the BOD accept an offer right now and we can run for the hills. After all the wildly optimistic hopes/dreams for what might happen here i'm far more mindful of just not making any further losses right now, never mind making a profit. 48p and I'd bite your arm off.

Well they'd be highly unlikely imv to attract a new round of funding from the west ie via LSE to get EUA2 up and running but perhaps China would want it for themselves anyway.

local Russian buyer. It's NN. Just have to hope the BOD time the announcements for when the funds will reach the UK via Cyprian banks....

Question is what would our BOD say if NN offered them just $2b to sell right now lock, stock and barrel. Have a feeling they might actually go for it. Would be a fraction of what the resources are/will be worth but a bird in the hand...

Amur mentioned by John Meyer of SP Angel. He is crystal clear about ongoing negotiations for a sale figure of about $100m. That would make this a quick riser. Just a question of how to get the money out but as things stand AMUR is not suspended on LSE and if it's a Russian buyer then I don't see a problem.

We entered into an agreement for distribution with a giant in this sphere. BC sold nothing in over 6 months.

Please remember too that Budd told us there was a potential deal with an eastern European country possibly worth millions, a deal with the US DoD and other such nonsense, all of which resulted in....yes, you guessed it, nothing.

BUDD needs to go, and quickly if there is to be any hope of saving GDR. He's an absolute disaster of a CEO.
