That must be about 30 or 40 RNSs since November, all positive and the share price has now seen a decline of 30% - mostly before the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine.

PJ needs to stop this as I think more and more spectators on the sidelines are wondering if POW will ever actually produce some results rather than administrative updates. Awful lot of pen pushing going on in POW and not much in the way of gathering data on drilling results. How low will the sp go before people receive some information which delivers some value to share holders PJ?

There is going to be more and more speculation on GDR being a takeover target and that may force Budd to come out with something before then of course. It can't be a good thing that he is happy to stay silent after a 90+% drop in sp since the highs of £1.50 nearly a year ago!

Well if we are almost at 12p for a mcap of £12m then a purchase price of £25m would equate to approx 25p.

I would hope for more eg 40p, but the company's performance commercially has been an utter disaster to date so it has little in the way of leverage to justify a purchase price of £40m. We have little revenue so we're worth very little in the market place. More worryingly Budd will not be able to do another fund raise if he's delivered absolutely nothing since the last one. And he hasn't yet. Nothing.

This is not the first time there has been speculation over a possible take over and it may end up with Budd at least having to put out comms to either deny or confirm it. Don't think Budd wants to inform the share holders of anything though if he can help it as he obviously has no good news at all. Truly dreadful investment.

Can't believe I'm with Onassis for once but I've just done the same. Bought just a few more shares at 7.84p. Now have 1.255m shares with an average of 18p. This is a really difficult hold and I confess that if this went back up toward 20p I would seriously consider selling the lot. The BOD resolutely refuse to give the market any info (NDAs I know, I know) but we can't even be sure that the liquidity event is an asset sale any longer since the setting up of subsidiaries to hold individual metals wouldn't have been necessary were it just a case if selling MT+ Flanks etc). We have not seen the license transfer for NYUD or the more substantial JORC updates for any other areas other than the underground part of NKT, nor have we been told the reason for the delay, although I have suspicions that its Rosgeo holding things up on behalf of the State.

'Russia is toast economically within two months'. Sadly I'm not sure about that Bakery. Russia is part of BRICS and as such three in the top ten of the world's largest national economies are all still open for business with Russia and they have placed no sanctions against it, indeed Putin has negotiated FTAs with all of them - obviously this was all done knowing full well how the US and the west would try to fight back for invading Ukraine. There is also the fact that many of the central EU countries eg Germany are dependent on Russian gas and can't simply find an alternative source of energy in two months.

Love it or hate it the EU and west need urgently to get on with fracking and find a cheaper alternative to Russian supplies of gas for the short term. I agree the economics will prove to be the final nail in Putin's coffin but I fear Russian will be able to last an awful lot longer than two months. Tragically many ordinary Russians who either oppose the war or are denied the truth of its occurrence, will suffer terrible hardship as a result but Putin will not care. He has even had laws passed which state he will not be legally punishable for misdemeanours once he steps down as President. He has nothing to lose personally so will not stop until he has demilitarised the Ukraine and has guarantees it will never become part of Nato and accepts a Russian presence in some form within its territories as a form of guarantee.

For all the world I hope you are right though and I am wrong and that this dreadful chapter in Russian history is brought to a swift close.

lth14. But Fowler still holds some shares I believe so how was the recent sale of his in line with legal requirements? Why didn't he have to sell all of them? Not sure you have to sell your shares by law when as a member of the BODs you leave a company. Or do you?

Are we back into old familiar territory of thinking GDR now looks like a very easy takeover target for one of the big pharmas? With current mcap of just £12m an offer for £25m would seem pretty fair. It would give holders here a chance to at least make up some of their losses. That's loose change to any of the pharmas. I wonder if this is what Budd is waiting for. Get the sp as low as possible and just before we have the next raft of news due he announces a low ball offer (he of course could maintain his jab and salary and also benefit from huge share options as a reward for delivering GDR on a cheap, small and lowly plate) and presents a case of 'we had better accept this or else we will struggle to survive....

Covid all. but disappearing from the media headlines now so CTDA will likely have no impact at all. It's awful to say it but what GDR needs is a new nasty variant to spring up somewhere populous and for it to have the transmissibility of Omicron BA.2 . If it could spring up somewhere in the midst of the Russian army invading the Ukraine that would at least give the current dark clouds hovering over GDR a silver lining.

The one opportunity here is to purchase from now and to where we sink in the next weeks before we hear positive news on AIHL. That's the only realistic hope here and, as I've opined many times here before, I think the sp could climb almost instantly back up to 30 - 40p. GLA genuine holders.

I would very much like to hear from the BOD why the license transfers have been held up. Who has control of these licenses at the moment? Oh yes, our JV partner (the Russian State) has them in its hands.....

I'm down massively here but managed to get my average down to 43p but I'm taking one hell of a punt on BUDD delivering something for his £300k pa. Not interested in making a profit, just want to cover my investment and then I'll run for the hills as this guy is CEO to be trusted. As well as being devious he's inept. Not a great combo.

With every day that passes we hear less and less about Covid so the POC gear is unlikely to amount to any meaningful sales in the EU, let alone the Uk where I fear it will sell zero.

AIHL does not have any serious competition and is highly likely to be bought by the NHS and in the US and ROW. Even with only a modest target of £25m revenue for the entire planet I think we would safely see the sp rerate back to 30+. IF only BUDD knew how to do decent comms without lying to the market....

Hmmm where to start.... Actually, no, we're exactly in the same place as when you were last here with regards to an asset sale ie waiting for information on what we are selling, to whom, when and for how much. Lots of good +ve RNSs in the mean time that have all resulted in the sp stagnating until recent events saw the sp tank by over 65% in the last two weeks. It's a tough hold at the moment but...the BOD, whilst still holding all the info close to their collective chests, have let one cat out of the bag and that is that they are dealing with buyers or JVs from BRICS countries. None of these have issued sanctions against Russia but...were Putin to seize EUA's assets and effectively rob foreign share holders then none of BRICS would ever attract investment again from the UK and the ROW. Therefore I just don't see the powers that be in BRICS being keen on Putin declaring he's nabbed everything and effectively reduced the buying market for the resources to 5 territories. Chine would win every single time and wouldn't have to pay much to outbid the others. None of those other countries can afford to lose trade with the US, UK and EU either so in my own humble opinion this is now a case of sitting tight until a ceasefire is declared (the sooner the better for obvs reasons) and for the business world to return to some semblance of normality.

if I had one wish for the BOD just now it would be for them to come clean on why the License transfers have not happened yet and also why we have not seen the updated JORCs. They have not provided any reassurance on those issues. My own feeling is that State officials at Rosgeo and possibly someone from within the Chinese party in the Consortium knew perfectly well what was on the horizon and decided they'd prefer to pay less for the resources after a time of extreme turbulence in the markets and when the EUA BOD might just be more inclined to accept a low ball offer. Probably carp.

Respect to Ukrainians. Come on China, just lean a little on Putin and I think he will stop the fighting and pointless destruction and then turn to negotiations to achieve the rest of his aims. It would save hundreds if not thousands of lives and put an end to the miserable plight of all the refugees fleeing for their lives.

Just my opinion but I reckon DS knew all along that BRICS territories were the safest place to sell the assets to. Much as the situation is dreadful I still won’t sell as one whiff of a ceasefire - and sadly it will come as soon as Kiev falls - EUA will become a little safer as an investment. Not massively but certainly an easier hold than it currently is.

I’ve emailed so many times and not once have a received a reply. I’m always polite but to the point. It’s galling that Budd thinks months of silence is acceptable, and before anyone mentions it, the recent RNS was not really an update but an attempt to spike the price for his pal Matthew Fowler!

I think we can safely assume any potential sale of AMC has disappeared. RY probably cowering in a cupboard somewhere counting his used dollars… sadly we won’t hear anything here. EUA have a BOD with so much skin in the game that they stand to lose the most if their M&A deal disappears. They’ve also just imv given away where the buyer/buyers are from (BRICS) so again in my humble opinion it’s not one that Putin will be keen to disrupt as the State opened JV partner Rosgeo would also stand to lose too much.

With AMC the recent RNS mentioning $100m was complete baloney and simply designed to cause a spike so certain stake holders could get out before this war started.

BOD here are low life scammers and only interested in their own wealth rather than that of their share holders or indeed the company.

If China really start to lean on Putin I hope that will tip the balance here and make him stop and think. Talks brokered by the Chinese will not be so easily swept aside. Hope for a ceasefire immediately.
