Thanks for the explanation aimgamb. Does leave me rather stumped as to why there is no interest in this at all though. Perhaps the market just sees a sequence of dilution and cash raises to help get everything to market properly.

There are no sales and can be no sales unless GDR and the hospitals find the funding for their machines themselves from Grants or Private investors.

I really didn’t think it was possible before the end of March but I can now see the sp dropping well below the critical 16p level. Without news of funding or sales it might only be a couple of weeks away too. If it becomes clear NICE cannot give any recommendation in October other than for continued research then we’ll be in single digits again by Christmas, possibly before.

MyIPA - it’s my view that if there were any guarantees then GDR would be bought out. It’s what the Chairman has done before so I’ve always been expecting and hoping for that. As you say, if there the potential market was billions and there was just one guarantee of success then we’d see interest rocket. The professional investing community can see GDR is anything but secure and won’t get involved unless, like RF, they can guarantee they’ll have their pound of flesh come rain or shine.

Sorry but I’m convinced Budd should go and I’m also convinced there are some GDR employees who regularly post here - and not positively about Budd either.

Personally I think it’s the US Listing that has put a big ? over BSFA for investors.

The state of the LSE is so grim just now and the FCA are making noises but won’t make actual changes for ages tks to the usual layers of bureaucracy.

There are now many many precedents from the past three years of companies listing in the US and then pretty much abandoning their London share holders base. I know people diss this but why bother with LSE if you’re going to get far more support from the US?

You need a very strong coffee and to wake up. That’s such a B misleading statement.

Are sales guaranteed? Is FDA approval guaranteed? Is NICE FULL recommendation for AIHL guaranteed? Is full recommendation for the stroke marker test guaranteed (not that we can even get that with this current evaluation)?

The potential is massive but so are the downsides. The company has an over paid CEO who now has the company in the grip of a death spiral finance deal. Time is of the essence with all the issues listed above and from where I stand I’d say it’s not on our side today. Thanks to ongoing silence from the CEO there will be no return of sentiment - fundamentals here are a non starter - and that means the company drifts closer and closer to a knife edge with every passing month.

We don’t even know if any of the distribution partners have begun registration processes for AIHL yet. That we’ll take 6 months and then approvals from similar bodies such as NICE will be required to sell.

Starres has been right all along. Sales are at least two years off (best case scenario) and in the mean time the company has a monthly spend of about £400k. It’s borrowing £300k a month and currently generating an income every six months of around £50k. Either it is taken out in a distressed sale or it simply goes bust and the technology gets bought for peanuts to keep RF and other creditors happy or we see massive amounts of dilution with raises every six months for the next two years to try and keep the show on the road. Budd has utterly failed to commercialise anything and should resign immediately.

I’m expecting the opposite based on liquidity dropping again and lack of comms from the CEO who is happy to keep shares holders in the dark on sales for as long as he can get away with. Next news imv will be the first of many RF drawdowns of £300k .

So why do some trades get marked as ‘Delayed Publication’? Are you saying it’s completely arbitrary and every single trade gets printed just when ever a broker or mm decides they should be printed?

Agreed MrPositive. That’s my main hope for big rewards here in the short term. Really hoping I don’t have to wait until products are commercialised as that’s years off.

This Stroke market test isn’t even registered in the UK yet but it’s hoped it will be in time for Oct when NICE might be able to give it a recommendation. No guarantees but there is at least hope this will properly turn around one day.

I’d bring Very tightly controlled between a broker (probably representing a major holder) and mms. Someone is extremely keen not to see this rise for the foreseeable.

Already going down. Very surprised but I think there are some major caveats that come with the news today.

DEVOTE funding would certainly make a big difference to the short term outlook but as Starres has pointed out many times we're a long way off commercialising this test or indeed the AIHL. Until we start selling products GDR is begging borrowing and stealing from where ever it can to simply keep the show on the road. Can't exist on hand-outs for ever.

As well as DEVOTE funding it seems as if Grants that will purchase the machines for hospitals will be the only way the test will be taken up across the NHS any time soon.

Still a way to go before this generate a serious income for GDR but it’s a good first step.

Maybe there will be some funding for it after all then. It needs it or else GDR have ongoing monthly costs and will need that RF money to cover it .

Anyway, good this odd a good day for once for share holders. Anywhere near 35+ and this time I won’t make the mistake of hanging on and on. Take the product when it’s there.

Just a very disappointed share holder alamo55. So disappointed that I feel Budd has stitched up investors time and again over the last 3 years or so but failed to deliver anything meaningful regarding sales. My mistake to invest here in the first place. No one made me buy other than a CEO stating something along the lines of 'the numbers add up dramatically'. Only they didn't. And still don't.

Just for clarity - the company spends about £400k per month. It generated an income of less than £100k for the whole year. That's pretty eye watering and now with no signs of any imminent improvement. If we have another spike up to 35p + I promise I will sell up and be gone for good.

Hands up. My mistake. Sorry. Looks like they were cancelled trades. One for £66k and another for £17k. I saw them lumped together as delayed trades and all at a lower sp than we've been at all day so jumped to conclusions.

£168k dumped around midday today, in addition to the large sells yesterday.

Looks as if that spree of sells in the middle of the day have not been included in the lse trade totals. So you can add another £168k which basically means there were a tiny amount more sells than buys today and equates reasonably enough to 2.89% down.

Those sells in extremely large chunks just keep coming, verses all the buys which look far more as if they're pis.

A broker somewhere is selling off massive chunks and delaying the reporting of them until after hours each day so as not to spook the price. Someone somewhere knows this is going down in a few days time. Why, why, why would they be selling in such large chinks if there was even a slim chance of this exploding towards 2p. Doesn't make any sense - unless they know it's not going to be good news. I never trust mms and it looks to me as if someone is being helped to conceal getting rid of all their shares. Never a level playing field btwn the pros and the pis. If tomorrow there are more buys than sells being printed but the sp stays where it is then you know exactly what to expect at the end of the day.

Bladders - GST really soared today. May I respectfully suggest you keep your trap shut tomorrow? It's embarrassing watching someone ramp as much as you and then be so far off the mark as to question whether or not we're looking at the same stock!

Any agreement came to an end when MH decided they would NOT be buying the Covid PoC kit after all. It was meant to be worth over £2m and was even detailed in the MD's accounts which were public....the sum however was NEVER paid out to GDR as far as I'm aware. Someone else can email the company to find out the details if they can be bothered.

Hope we can just about eek our way to 23p tomorrow and then I can be out for a few more months until something positive is due.

Final decision was made at the end of April and we have heard nothing so I’m assuming we got sweet FA. But hey, don’t be down hearted, we’ve got plenty of cash from a death spiral finance deal so all good here.
