Honestly thought this would fare better than this but I guess it's dawning on everyone, well most sane people, that the risk is just about priced in. If news isn't good then there's a long way to drop from here. If it's good though...the rewards will be sweet.

So close to news and the sp dropping suggests to me there's less appetite for such risk than many expected. going to wait now until 1.15p for a top up.

Well Rodders, tell me, are you impressed that on the eve of an announcement many hope to provide some uplift in our declining sp, our great and mighty leader tells the world as and when the Directors feel like it they’ll just drop another 4% dilution on us?

That’s a bit like Budd jumping in to tell the market GDR Covid PoC kit was too expensive the Indian market only a couple of hours after we’d been granted license to sell there. There is something decidedly odd about the lengths David Budd goes to in order to discourage people from investing in GDR imho. Gilham is either in on it or must be tearing his hair out at the appalling timing of his CEO’s comms.

Anyway, time will tell but any potential rise on tomorrow’s announcement I think has been nicely nipped in/by the Budd…

We were told of a positive and productive summer, so not long.

That was back in Spring 2020 though…. Still here three years later and still in the red. Starting to think Starres is right and this has got years still to go until GDR get anywhere near realising their potential. If Budd was replaced with someone who had good experience in the commercial sector and at dealing with share holders and attracting investors to a PLC then I truly believe we’d have the time until some significant success could be achieved. Budd however will cling to his excessively generous salary for all he’s worth (not very much imho) so unless Chairman Gilham wakes up and smells the coffee I think this will just bumble along and possibly see another 50% dilution until any meaningful rewards are seen. And that’s if GDR doesn’t go under before hand or is taken over as a distressed sale.

I was hoping for an uplift in sp with the anticipated announcement coming on 17th May but once again abuse shows how truly hopeless he is at this game. He comes along with an RNS announcing dilution exactly at the same time. Just two days after positive news we will have another 3 - 4m shares dropping on the market. Liquidity is so crap now that this will knock the sp down to mid teens. Could this be RF at work regarding the timing. The more shares they can be given at a low sp (worth their £5m ‘investment’) can then be held & sold later on if (IF!) the sp does finally go into the stratosphere. Just a theory

The delay here if nothing new in the mining sector but it’s starting to feel as if something is out of joint. They must have known all along how long things would take to sort out regarding registrations. Is it feasible to be delayed by a month? Certainly feeling like we’re about to get another RNS saying oops sorry going to be a bit longer still. Thing is , how much longer? What if there was a specific hold up and they’ve not managed to sort it. Could be waiting until Christmas.

Look at that - new lows! Way to go SW. Doing a splendid job. Invested over 3 years here and after all that actually now in the red. It's impressive going by SW and his predecessor Paul Johnson. Maybe we can get another IPO organised though so we have something to talk about for the next 6 months. Oh hang about, none of them have actually done POW any good thus far...

I just hope SW can get something for MFC and sell it off in its entirety. Hopefully he can get about £20m - £25m for it. POW desperately needs a win of some sort or these new lows in the sp are only going to get worse. How long before it's back to .5p and yet more dilution is the reward for lths.

Something dodgy going on here. A nothing RNS which causes a bit of a flurry followed by a determined and constant bout of selling. This company action is becoming more questionable by the day and may need to be investigated. Exactly the same thing happened after the last RNS and it suggests to me that spurious RNSs are being put out which amount to nothing but cause some momentary excitement and the instant the sp rises perhaps those in the know make sure they get their sells out pronto. Unless something concrete happens soon I'm inclined to believe the plan is to delist in the UK. No possible other reason for such concerted spontaneous and co-ordinated selling.

Why a 20% spread?? No one likely to buy in if they see that.

Hmmm bit of a nothing RNS this so I’m scratching my head as to why they bothered. Two thoughts. Firstly that the decline in the sp is starting to worry the Directors so they’re trying to at least generate some positive sentiment or secondly, we might be about to be told of another short delay but they can use this RNS as proving progress is being made on at least some fronts. Dunno. Nothing is exciting investors about BSFA just now though sadly.

Sp hasn’t been this low since mid July 2020.

Even if Noel intended to sell all of his 50m he’d have easily cleared it by now. 20m sold just this morning in an hour and a half. Clearly there are other major holders dumping. Q is: why?
