It’s back to normal Week day levels. Very approximate but commissions adding up to $6 - $7k per day. Basically, put together with the income from Angra, it means the mcap is I’d say a tad on the generous side just now. However, we’re only in the early stages of the journey and with further developments and just a couple of bigger clients things could look to improve quickly.

Still think company comms are rubbish but just have to hope they’re simply focused on progressing the business to the point where results and income will tell the story for them.

I’vea feeling they might get funding but that it’s going to pretty much wipe out all lths investment value here. Further dilution on a completely disastrous share price will mean in 3 years Rob Richards has lost 99% of the value of anyone’s investment here who bought two or three years ago. Don’t think he’s remotely capable of saving VERDITEK so half expecting the resolution to grant 100% off the share issue so they can string out salaries for as long as possible before the inevitable to be voted down. Just means vdtk will go into administration sooner rather than later. One positive for me is I will no longer be contributing towards this idiot’s salary which he categorically does not deserve.

Only hope would be for someone to buy VDTK for a couple of million £.

If that gave me a share price of .3 or .4p right now I’d leap at the chance of rescuing at least a small portion of my investment. It’s been the worst stock and BODs I’ve got involved with in all my years of investing and on AIM that means they’ve been up against some incredibly dubious competition but …for utter incompetence, woeful disdain of share holders and outright questionable and suspicious goings on VERDITEK take the Cup.

It’s never a good thing when someone sells that many shares. If this was about to take off he wouldn’t have sold. Simple. He might no longer have inside information but he’s far more clued up than anyone here. Don’t think this will tank though. Probably means sp will either linger around 1.3p mark until there is more news of further progress or it might drop to the placing price. GST has done well to sustain a price well above the placing price but perhaps we’re about to see a slight drop until news. Who knows but if you’re in it for the long haul then this knock shouldn’t worry anyone.

What are people reasonably expecting from the interims?

We’re no longer have the drag caused by EMS so revenue should have been trickling in for most of last year and just started to increase this autumn but of course the results only reflect what’s happened up to Sept 30th.

Personally I would prefer to see 100% of the share issue created and get RF out altogether. Don’t think Cheek can manage that without having something really decent to show a potential lender which suggests we’re on the cusp of some game changing news.

Not sure what to expect next week . I bought more when the GS20 exchange volumes were being bandied about but it seems those were not factual and so I wonder if many, like me, suddenly thought the mcap should be much higher? Anyway, volumes now show the revenue is relatively low at this early stage but it will surely increase incrementally. Together with Angra there’s definitely decent income now but I’m not now so convinced the mcap is undervalued. Am I the only one who’s thinks that?

If btc goes on another bull run and bears $50k then that will help in the short term but I too think the interims will show how things were based on earlier this year rather than the recent two months.

Not worried short term as eventually the sp will be double what it is now. Do think the company could improve on its comms though and help generate more positive sentiment. It’s rarely good when a BODs stay silent for long periods. Surely they can afford a decent PR person now to help spread the word? Just an opinion

Disagree eatstock. Once one hospital is using AIHL the threat of litigious proceedings explodes against those not using what is available for such a small sum of money. In fact I think the exact opposite for this reason. Once it’s being used somewhere it’ll go like hot cakes to everywhere else.

As I’ve said the biggest news atm would be FDA cheap and fast route for approval. However, the other news that could make this share price erupt once more is that NICE are already going to upgrade the AIHL recommendation to FULL. Cheek did suggest this was a possibility did he not? He started the fast track EVA has actually caused unforeseen problems. There’s no chance the same will happen to CYP19C2 so news of an imminent FULL recommendation for this as well could really blow GDR up into the stratosphere.

I have the feeling Cheek is the real deal, knows exactly what needs to be done and has the wherewithal to get it done. Bit of patience and long suffering long term share holders will be walking about with more than a spring in their step. Just my opinion.

Right now is the calm before the storm imo and an excellent opportunity to quietly build a decent multi bagger here

Last discount was effectively at 75% discount so I’m fully expecting another placing to give away probably another 50% of the company at .1p

This stinks and I feel there’s something rotten going on here with the CEO doing shady stuff. Can’t prove anything but just a strong hunch and opinion he’s not batting for vdtk here

My decision to invest. My mistake. My loss.

The CEO deserves to be out of a job and take nothing away from this train wreck of a company. Everything they’ve done has gone wrong or backfired. Mismanagement on a staggering level. All the directors deserve to walk away empty handed, just like the share holders.

By end of March I think this will be busy or they’ll do a raise at yet another punitive discount for which Rob Richards will think he should be rewarded.

Deeply unhappy the CEO thinks he’s worthy of a 30% in his salary from last year having delivered a drop of 97% in the share price over the past three years!!! Utterly taking the p.ss.

News of EU sales or more NHS Trusts adopting AIHL would be good but the biggest prizes would be confirmation of De novo or 510k routes for FDA approval. Both of these are much quicker than the full blown FDA application and DO NOT cost £2m ! Both routes are far cheaper and one figure put forward was in the region of $250k. This would get AIHL on the US shelves with in 3 - 6 months and put GDR in the market for creating revenue of several million £s per year from just that territory. The sp would rocket even though everyone would know a raise is coming. Some might be willing to take the risk of trying to find the bottom but imho at that stage it will just be too risky and one could easily miss out big time.

Glad for pow holders if this recovers but it’s been a naff investment for me over three, nearly four years. My mistake. I liked PJ and his enthusiastic talks but ultimately that’s all it was, talk. If Molopo does well then it’ll be a costly mistake but hopefully GMET can also do well. Personally think OF is a more open and direct CEO and people know where they stand more of the time than with POW. Each to their own. Hope you all make a healthy profit in 2024

I don’t think anyone is genuinely interested in vdtk. I’m now of the opinion an organisation wants vdtk out of the market. Mismanaged and 100% dilution coming your way soon as reward being an investor. Oh and that’s on top of 90% decline in the share price over the last three years. Way to go Rob my lad! The competition out there must absolutely love you!

New shares will be issued willy nilly for the simple purpose of extending BODs monthly pay cheques for as long s as possible as a reward for running vdtk into the ground. Just my views.

Tom Winnifrith knew this was a bad apple several years ago. He was right and now vdtk is rotten to the core.

Cheek heavily suggested at other bits of good news before year end so I’m not sure why this has dropped all the way back to sub 8p. It’s only Dec 14th so we’ve got plenty of trading days left for another bit of positive news. Good time to top up.
