Nissan- imho that’s because they still haven’t resolved the issue of the tests becoming unreliable when stored at over 40c ie in an oven or direct Middle Eastern sunshine. lol

I think what irks me most here, other than obviously losing over £100k, is that the BOD at no point have shown any humility for their failure and, just as Verditek is breathing its last, they don’t even attempt to make a show of trying to look after lths or achieve an end result that may provide them with even a morsel of comfort - lths who have already lost a fortune. It’s just horribly blatant and outright greed.

Think we need to see the back of 2.5 - 3p first before worrying about anything else though. Listening to that interview was interesting but actually it absolutely did NOT lay out the plans for the immediate future. It was imho a holding RNS telling pis to be patient . The data needs to be fully evaluated and only then will they have something specific to tell us but I think we’re a couple of months off that. But wtfdik. If for now we can stay btwn 2 - 3p I’ll be very happy.

My ideal scenario is an outright take over out of the blue from one of the biggies. I’m assuming LB will be sharing data with at least a couple of interested parties. I know long term that wouldn’t be best value for holders here but this is AIM and I’ve seen it happen so often that something like this with masssive potential just loses its way or something unexpected happens that pushes rewards years further down the line. Not emotionally attached to this stock so a sudden take over offer would most likely get my vote. A bird in the hand and all that….

Basically pleasing to the market to take notice of an interview the company obviously hoped and believed would rekindle investor interest and sentiment.

Burt needs to deliver some sales figures. He hasn’t done it for ages and is trying to attract new investors without giving them the core intel they need on which to make an investment case. He’s probably over promised to someone in the US (a private investor?) and, having seen the sp drop by yet another 80% even from the lowly 2.5p region, is now being pressured to deliver some improved performance in the sp. Trouble is he’s just won’t or can’t say anything specific about sales figures that’s positive and so the sp is stuck.

I actually think this is oversold now and may be worth a small punt but I sold out at 2.1p as this refusal to give the market what it needs on sales figures is unnerving and clearly the UK market doesn’t like it.

They cd buy them then have the company for at least a couple of £m rather than ask us to pay for the costs of them having it for nout.

It’s not actually a ringing endorsement from those at the coalface having to actually administer the test. Hopefully by now, 4 yrs later the processes are in place for nurses to administer the test the instant a baby arrives in the unit and they don’t have to waste time inputting info into computers or relying on dodgy printers for labels….

Tbh reading this my heart sank even more. There are clearly serious risks involved in using the test and delaying getting antibiotics into patients for an hour. I know the hearing of a child can be at risk but I’ve got to face the fact that delaying getting any antibiotics into certain patients for an hour risks even worse consequences, even fatality . Hmm

I’m starting to think the CYP19C2 test is what the company should really focus on now. If they can raise a tv funds it should go on the FDA submission for that and not AIHL.

If the Directors saw a way to get the sp up to .25p I’d just sell my shares at a loss and wave adios but at this level it’s daylight robbery.

I’d prefer to see the company go cheaply to Lindab for a couple of £m than what these rotten souls are trying. It really should be investigated. Rt Hon Lord Willetts definitely tarnished his reputation being involved and I’ll happily write to any press agencies to highlight what’s happened to see if I can generate something more damaging in terms of negative publicity for these ‘Directors’

It’s a good positive vibe video and they are pressing ahead, albeit the only specific given was that they are ‘evaluating the results’.

She stated very clearly this is just the start of a long journey so people posting 50 times per day suggesting lift off is imminent need to be taken with a large dollop of salt.

It’s all good and things are happening in the background but I took this video as a ‘holding’ RNS ie telling investors to be patient whilst they try to work out how best to proceed. That might well involve a JV partner and that’s my personal hope, that one is announced with in the next 6 months.

I suspect this RNS has been issued because they know the vote as things stand will fail. It’s a ‘do this or else!’ message.

Just my opinion but I have voted against because I fail to see any justification in the way share holders have been treated here by the Directors. If we go under then we all go together. I absolutely refuse to accept my money will help the Directors become rich whilst it’s mostly retail pis who have funded the company for the last few years. Crap management and underhand and decidedly dodgy objectives have been at play for far too long here and these directors should be sent packing empty handed.

Good enough video but still lots of unanswered questions as to what lies directly ahead.

There are many things Cheek said in that presentation that have already made him look like a Budd clone. On current evidence I’d be wary of relying on anything he said.

Dark days for GDR and Cheek will now focus on making it limp on for as long as possible in order to take his monthly pay cheque. Don’t know how this will end but fairly sure retail share holders will end up being wiped out.

It’s all pure conjecture so not particularly worth digging around for clues. The risk is you’ll put 2 and 2 together and come to with something other than 4.

We’ve no clue until the new Directors release some info. There’s every chance absolutely nothing will happen here and we just lose the lot. That was always the risk and the reason so many jumped before ITS went into suspension.

Just gotta wait for an RNS and hope there’s something of interest in it that gives us at least a bit of hope.

Agreed. Anything but more of the death spiral deal. Only thing is, at what discount would Cheek have to offer a placing to a new funder? Doesn’t bear thinking about really but GDR is in a massive hole right now so I’m not optimistic about their chances of getting a placing away other than at a horrible discount to the current sp.

Think a low ball take over offer cd now well be on the cards.

NICE delay for CYP19C2 is currently killing this. This new test is the real biggie and will attract investors. Another year to wait I think for AIHL full roll out as the EVA process doesn’t even open until an October and they’ve shown they’re hardly speedy in ‘accelerating’ anything at all! So in my roughest estimations it’s another year to wait for that.

Only thing that can sit dropping to a penny now is news on FDA partner
