hi cp yes they are staying main listed just trying to reason why now and also the comments on making the company more nimble with the stated looking at further assets can only mean one thing to me. If it made no difference apart from the cost why not have do it before?
hi northern, my guess is it will be easier for them to issue shares with a downgraded listing with less regulation i am also going to assume that the way rns reporting is done will be with less regulation. personally i would rather aex stay main listed as i think there is less wriggle room for the bod as far as reporting . the problem that the aex p/i are faced with is that the zubs and ii / bod hold a lot of % in the company so if they decide to alter the company in any form (dilution / sale etc) then we are almost powerless to do anything about it.
It is clear that Jay is out of his depth running this company.
From reading between the lines being granted the licence is an uncertainty, hence the need to reduce our liating as i guess thia will make it easier for them to do a placing as to be able to buy another rainbow chasing asset to keep investors money dripping in. The award of yet another pay rise reeks of self interest as i recall a simler outcry last year. What happend to the performance related pay? I dont think nyuni was handed back i think the tanz authority's have had enough and given aminex too many chances already. I also think it is very telling that the solo bod are looking at buying further assets with the money set aside for the drill. Unfortunately i think its time to go jay trouble is do shareholders hold enough shares to be able to remove him. Fed up with being ged constant bs with a dangled carrot
So to put today's rns in perspective, it would appear that they aren't expecting the money from the farm out anytime soon.
On more sinister note what if they think that the licence extention isn't going to happen and need this going forward as the main project.
Dont forget it was stated in the rns that they were oversubscribed for the share issue I have always viewed this as the mm trying to fill there short and failing to do so.
Either that or maybe to settle the outstanding amount claimed to be owed to the tpdc..
Getting ready for the cash call from aex lets hope we can get news on the drill soon....

interesting #helium market news: "BLM reaps windfall from FY2019 Helium Auction"
could this be a prelude to some news from h1 project?? it was stated that if the ipo was the chosen path it would be around now that would be happening!
the new managment have played a blinder with HH , imo joecreed i understand your fustration and thats the way i felt after reading the rns but after taking everything into consideration it certainly makes the next few months as a solo shareholder quite an exciting place to be and having been here over 7 years i feel we may be on the cusp of the company coming into fruitation!
Time is ticking on this one , maybe we have found a way to appraise this area cost free and could be what Malcy was referring to???
Aminex is pleased to announce that it has now received formal approval from the Minister of Energy and Minerals in Tanzania to extend the current work period of the Nyuni Area PSA for a period of four years until at least 27th October 2019.
Tullows business model is light crude hence they walked away previously.
If they get the banking facility then ritson will have done well to keep the % and create a fantastic income stream for the company...
People need to remember now that ruvuma has the money to be accelerated aex have no cost to pay for that until it has an income stream where will solo be if next month it is decided by the operator to do 3d seismic and drill ch1 solo could find themselves in a very weak bargaining position through the wealth of the zubs
All depends on whats at the end of the drill bit. We know what we have at ruvuma and thats why we were able to get an offer for it if the drill bit comes good in nyundi then we wont be forced into selling if the eps is bringing in an income that supports more then the staff wages
