Honest tom there was talk of merging with a company with an income stream i only hope that there has been some background work done on this worst case scenario that would incorporate this idea they could then borrow against the incomw stream.
I doubt this is thw case concidering they have taken out a further loan with Ara and my guess is they will be left high and dry without any plan b... But what do I know

There seems to have been a board bust up, and my guess is something is coming to shareholders that these 2 wanted nothing to do with and therefore resigned. I don't think it has anything to do with the pay as these will have been agreed prior and if that was the issue they would have walked beforehand. They have both gone at the same time so is it that S/H need to brace for a hard shafting? I think it points that way and i will certainly pay close scrutiny to any "deal" that the BOD put forward as "in the best interest of shareholders" keep in mind most only think about themselves and it is uncomfortable to think how ingrained the Zubs have managed to place themselves within the business. Keep your eyes open and your wits about you as i feel the time is pretty close that we are going to find out the reason why sooner rather than later.

Just a little research as obviously with Majedie selling and people putting this down to there performance i came across this to see where else they had holdings and if they had been selling these. i just think they are selling at an odd time with the length of time they have held and a few more months would see more movement in the ability to appraise the assets than in the last 2 years. i think that was covered in the final part of the interview, i took it that they were going to farm down some KN1 acreage for cash/income stream.

I think it was Jay from Aminex who stated that the Jurassic reservoir targets were far larger in size than what the cretaceous targets were, so if they do hold reserves then the value of both companies reserves would be significantly bigger. Its all ifs and but's at the moment in regards to the Jurassic but hopefully we are on course to find out later this year/early next.

That may be so but if the Tanz Gov want to drag this out for another 18 months how much would that cost AEX in wages. if this 2 m is getting the "wheels greased" then so be it. the long term prize is far in excess of the 2m and once paid will become an insignificance compared to the income. i think things will start to move pretty rapidly once this gets paid.

Hi Chesh there is no rns just a corporate actions letter that has come through from aj bell, i am aware the market is closed and if you look at the time on the corporate action it is 1603. if there is anyone else with an aj bell account then maybe they can confirm it. sorry if you think i am trying to get a lower entry, not the case sadly.

If this is the case it is seriously mis-timed. it will dilute the hell out of the holders, every RNS has stated that they have the cash for on going drilling, the only thing i can think of is the seismic is going ahead and they need the money for that.

as it happens i personally think that the share price has held up well considering the carnage that has been happening at the moment. for me it is just a matter of time, and hopefully we will have further rns's in the coming weeks...

More reward for the bod"for a job well done " expect more going forward as don't forget it's easier for them to grant them with the lesser listing. What have they done to deserve the options... Bugger all this is even more apparent now wjen you look at the pro active solo bod. I don't see it as good news just more dilution on a decimated share price.

Well hopefully that will give the licence time to land making the fund raise at a higher price which would mean less shares in issue, looking forward to seeing tanz being priced into the market cap at long last and the further development of that asset.

Where are all the large holders (insiders) now, to give the reassuring words of news soon?

I think that they were expecting it to list on the Australian market at one point not sure if this is still the case. I am sure that solo bod will be willing to give guidance on this tho.

Found this link it is worth a read to find out the difference between standard and premium listings.
There are changes to how the bod can award themselves options (less shareholder power)
How shares are issued(less shareholder power)
The percentage of options allowed to be held in comparison to the issued share capital (over 20% allowed)
The other reason they may be looking at the standard listing is because as a premium listed co. they need to have control of the assets and they will not have that after the farm out.
