It is a legal requirement by accountants to put this in the report if the figures do not project forward to covering all aspects of running a company over a 12month period and does not take into account fund raising, sale of assets etc aex used to have this as a constant so it is just generic nothing untoward (unless it hits the fan) ie restricted production and so on

My understanding was ii go by market cap and not share price, therefore I don't see the rational behind the response. If a JV comes to fruition then the share price and therefore market cap would be higher for them anyhow although I don't know if they have a preference for a share to be valued at x amount of £ or pence but can't see it would make a difference

They have basicly given away an asset that would yield a far better return for S/H to put the small change into a low yield return and then they copy and paste the rns to show what scir S/H could have had under different management
