the bigger risk strategy that is now in place is shareholders will never make a reward. pointless co. now.it is a good private business but not one with many shareholders, to pay these fools out of the little money that is coming in and no uplift in the shares value why would anyone invest.
all the bod are bothered about is having a wage not value for S/H

It is important we have an indication of votes registered so we can compare against the announced vote. I’m afraid I would reply on fair play with this Board.
Also it maybe necessary, it the short term, to pull all the support together to call a shareholders EGM. I will need as many contact details as possible in order to do this. I have over 100 already which is a great start.
The Board are obviously concerned as they would not have issued the RNS today. Don’t let them do more damage than they already have.
Well they are taking enough out of scir time has come for them to rinse another asset... How long till that money is spent on assessing other big ideas. Scir have spent more on financing than they selling for. Time for the bod to go they have other interests that are far to closely involved for my liking.
Although a U. S. Projection this shows the size of a possible market. https://www.grandviewresearch.com/industry-analysis/gardening-pots-market
Institutions don't buy shares with such a low share market cap. The Woodford scandal has made sure of that so why not stop misleading people by making them believe that institutions are interested and that's why the share price is where where it is. If they were buying then the volume would be much higher. Beware the posters who can't back up there claims they will cost you money.
I understand people saying yawn, but AEX has had to much expenditure for so long and lots of other company's are just take take take and dilute the share holders to fill there own pockets so for me it is refreshing to see this take on wages. it wasn't to long ago our CEO was stuffing his wage demands to around 750k per annum stating he was underpaid compared to his peers and an independent had verified this so for me it big plus.
Not always the case, he1 as a private company had issued shares to investors to keep itself going before they listed. All of those people who invested money during that time are sitting on a loss. The only people that are in the money are those who participated in the most recent placing but the attis share price was pumped by the private investors
not a tool it was a scary place and you did what was best for you with the information you had, i will be honest i didn't think this was coming. you kept the funds you needed safe you could reinvest now and still (hopefully ) make some more. but risk last week was very high.
Honest tom there was talk of merging with a company with an income stream i only hope that there has been some background work done on this worst case scenario that would incorporate this idea they could then borrow against the incomw stream.
I doubt this is thw case concidering they have taken out a further loan with Ara and my guess is they will be left high and dry without any plan b... But what do I know
