We've debated your reasons before and TAM, in particular. We disagreed on pretty much all of them and agreed to disagree as I recall. Concerning an RNS, you assume there has been no omission to this point. I am not prepared to make that assumption. That is not to infer wrongdoing but I refuse to assume. As an aside, I think Stas20 has a good picture on this company and its board. Any CEO has a right to voice his/her views publicly. In his tenure so far, DV has delivered little and let down significantly. It is his responsibility to change that. It is with him. It is not the fault of PIs whatever he says.

Lies can be via commission or omission, PBOW. Focus on latter. Staying quiet has advantages. Plausible deniability.

A simple thing for him to do is to issue an RNS stating that the Board have no idea why the current share price is so low given the findings of the company's own brokers and updated value of the company's assets. How about doing that DV? Some PI's might give you a bit more wiggle room then. As it stands, where's the H1 report, Dan?

Apparently, DV has also expressed 'concern' about the short in amongst his grumbling that PI's should love him more.

Could that end up being a bit like DV's Q & A session that never was a couple of weeks back? Oh, sorry, DV, what an ungrateful shareholder I am. Please forgive me Dear Leader! :-)

Despite his protestations, 'the jury is out' on DV. He should not be in any way upset about that. He hasn't done anything to merit any extra conviction and he is overdue on a key report with no apology issued. I don't know how old DV is but surely he knows that adults have to be responsible for their own actions and that projecting away is never going to leave a positive impression. Do we need to consider MAR 17 (4) again? The last 15 days have been shabby from the company.

One immediate question for DV comes to mind, Stas. Instead of peddling tittle tattle about how PI's aren't grateful for all the Board has done for them and why PI's will never be happy with anything, how about focusing on tangibles and either publish the belated H1 report or provide a few words about why it is delayed? DV should pack in this projection nonsense immediately and focus instead on doing what he said he would do. It is absolutely not PI's fault in any way that the H1 report has not been presented and no explanation has been forthcoming from the company. Own it DV just as you own your 15 million freebie options.

Agree, Stas20. The short? SP to NAV? When will the company comment on these key topics? The optics of all those options sub 20p don't look good at all. First and foremost, the H1 update. Where is it DV? A few words to explain the delay would have been well received. The current Board is unproven at this stage. They've spoken well...

I've worked at the very highest level in business, JS. You have a right to your opinion but that is a separate matter.

I believe any options granted at that stage should have been priced at about 50% of the company's own broker's forecast so about 27p. I think millions granted at 7p was and is utterly shameful.

Sense, I think we should all be wary of ST and T articles. Recall that the latter 'called time' on HUR the day be

Apportioning blame is never of interest to me Add, the same for 'victim culture'. I see DV currently as '100% unproven'. That is my most generous position. I hope my sceptism is proven wrong. Small things count. Big words about an H1 update. Nothing. I'm not impressed. Big words....show me actions and I can change my mind.

I disagree Damers, but that is the essence of a debating board such as this. DV has steered away from key points such as the reason why the H1 update is delayed, why the company sold the Solg Canada shares so cheaply, whether they were offered to other shareholders and why it was fine that small shareholders' voting rights were diluted. He also won't talk about current NAV and the absurd shareprice or the short. Christmas paper from Dan to us? Sure. Where's the present? Where are the things that really show duty? Nowhere to be seen as of now. FN money is good news but little to do with DV.

I hope you are right DBW. At this moment, the lack of news of any kind (including a note of delay/apology) about the H1 update is entirely unsatisfactory. DV and CS made sure their 7p options were dealt with quick as a flash. Unsatisfactory and a crossroads. Since DV has been in charge, clarity and communication are no better than under SC. They are both BS nominations of course.
