Morning Yayay. Steady on with the "genuine ones" accolade as that's been used against some posters by others in the past. LoL! Myself and (I think) Rosewall are pragmatic about this project. MOR says it is a worthy one and deserves to succeed, but achieving that is and has been beset with difficulties that take seemingly forever to overcome. The Woodsmith Mine of SXX has taken 7 traumatic years to get to a start and will take another 5 to get to production. This has taken a similar time to progress like many mining projects, could have planning permission by the end of the year, finance (hopefully) early next year and be in production in under 2 years and so could beat SXX to production. Now with the progress made, it seems to me this just not the time to get faint hearted. You have only lost money when you've sold, even though one might have used the money to make profit elsewhere. So I will see how PP and finance progress through the Winter, though if we don't get off the ground with this attempt, then it is hard to see where another would come from. ATB, R.

Hi Glen. I knew that, but being an Oz reg. co. doesn't seem appropriate any more. Seemed to me that a UK reg. would be more of a positive step, but on the other hand, Aussies seem more inclined to invest in mining than pommies. Where would SXX be without them? Change of office in Oz? Rather odd having delisted from ASX, so Edinburgh or London might have been preferred if this was to be a British company and now the website is down.............strange or not? R.

Hi Eck. I suspect that the company is concerned about the SP in the context of financing, but ASIS short of consolidation, PP and financing, there is not much it can do about it and calls from some for greater transparency, know full well that this can be a 'double edged sword' and might compromise commercial interests. I claim no insight hear other than IMO common sense. Only time will tell and patience reward..............there's nowt else. LoL! HAND, R.

Hi Shy. Thank you for addressing the items in my first post in which I offered IMO a probable explanation that not all of a 'mining inventory' may be 'mineable' by reasons of practicality, method and safety. I see little to be gained from poring over the detailed figures as I'm sure these will change as the project hopefully develops. For me, if we have over half a million tonnes of potential ore at good grades to go at with the plus of the vein being open to the West and depth, that should be good enough IMO. Have a good weekend. Hi Eck and Yayay. I'm no expert here either and whatever we might discuss as to the pros and cons of consolidation, IMO I expect that it is all part of a 'deck-clearing' exercise (as I posted earlier) including some earlier announced share-dealing to prepare the company for financing of Cononish and to anticipate the needs of any deal and/or financier. The following quotes from RNSs are significant IMO. "The Directors believe that the Share Consolidation should improve the liquidity and marketability of the Company's ordinary shares." "In parallel to the permitting process we are continuing to examine the financing options now available." I'm sure our two Mr. Men (not Mr Market......Shy made that one up!), will soon be bleating about a threat of dilution and indeed that may have to happen at some stage in some form.
