Interesting to hear of your interest in RE metals. Peak Resources are approved to construct a processing plant on Teeside in NE England to process concentrate from Africa for super conductors, motors and magnets.

Monazite as the source mineral does indeed occur in Scotland, but not necessarily in the Dalradian belt as it occurs in granites and their metamorphic aureoles or deposits eroded from them. Finding a suitable occurrence and concentration is quite another thing, though I'm sure the company would welcome a safe, UK alternative supply if such were found.

More likely as NLR indicated, he feels that his overall investment is enough, or perhaps he's got other fish to fry. Whatever, NLR will still be OO1 and perhaps the answer might lay with the new option owner OO7? As you say, new shares for converted options may increase volatility if not in sticky hands, but are there other imprisoned options now free to transfer? We know who is No.1, but might there be a No.2? I used to like No.6.
