Robo, I'd wait until the auditors have finished their review before you heap lavish praise upon Diane, there may or may not be more to come yet. Some of us are still waiting to be paid remember and someones head was going to have to roll down the road

That's a good start, might get someone who actually knows how to run a company now. Fundraising on the cards could be around 10-30p according to sources in the press and will only happen if the accounting errors are down to human error, anything else will put the skids on. If and when the fundraiser commences it should be put to existing shareholders first so at least they have a chance to get some cheap shares before the big boys delve in as they will !

The PwC audit will be an eye opener with regards to debt, �113m excluding the invoice discounting (no figure given) plus whatever else they turn up in the mean time.

I see our investors here have slowly evaporated, I tell you they have cash flow issues and have had for a while now and you can't face the reality of the situation. They have no effective management in place, no cash, no real strategy other than lets buy our competitors out for a premium price, no divi and a dodgy set of accounts. Maybe Slean has some medicine for Diane Hunter, she appears to look very pale all of a sudden !?

I'm not sure why someone posting on here without being invested would have some sort of mental illness? Thats a very childish remark, sorry for your loss and anyone else but you invest at your peril, same for any company. They have major cash flow issues as you all now know so just sit back and take it on the chin until the dust settles, then we'll see how they get out of the hole they've dug for themselves.

Youre right about China and patents, I�m heavily invested in VRS who have just signed a LOI with the Chinese, theyre very good at reverse engineering so I�ll be keeping a close eye. China would be a good move for Ocado but youll always be looking over your shoulder

CVR are withholding payments to creditors and this started well before the �30M black hole appeared, I know this won�t go down well with shareholders but its a fact, I�m sure when the auditors have gone through the accounts all will be revealed. As I said I�m not short here, not invested and if I was going to make something up that figure I quoted would have been a lot bigger I can assure you!
