RKBeeKeeper "not to be confused" I think you're referring to "Rockar" not Rocar who manufacture buses in Romania MDZ have been partners with Hyundai/Rockar for several years now, Rockar is the concept or the shop, Hyundai is the car, MDZ and Co help sell the cars ie the salesman Rockar was set up by Simon Dixon (Ex - Dixon Motors) I'm not sure why Rockar would be selling cars through Next Stores but I'll wait to see what Simon says!

Yes but new contracts doesn't mean a profit, my point was whatever cash they have spare is not feeding back to investors, the placings which have become an annual ritual are covering their losses and this has been going on for years. I thought the retail analytics tool was the game changer but the pattern of returning to investors for cash to keep the company going hasn't abated

Looking at the disclosed positions the shorts have reduced by 26% in the space of 3 weeks to 13th Feb IQE were in 3rd place and now down to 11th in that time, I'd guess it will continue a steady decline and the SP will continue to rise as we're seeing now

Seen it all before, they were getting low on cash and yet again lets have yet another placing, not a large one though, don't want to take too much off our investors again, just �70,000 this time so it won't look too bad and it will keep us going for another 6 months until the next one. I'm taking it you don't read the results, losses more than doubled so who do you think is paying for that? Lets see what the year end brings before you get too carried away, we'll check the cash situation then shall we ? Maybe you would enlighten us all with a forecast on the future profits or will you e-mail Geoff and ask him maybe, I used to own more shares than he did, its laughable! When the management have a paltry holding you know something is up, less than 0.25% of the company is a red flag ! I do sincerely hope I'm wrong here, I was very bullish on MDZ and their IP but nothing has come of it over the last 3 years, maybe the new investor whatever his motives will change the fortunes here, the current management are doing nothing but bleeding their investors dry. Another placing! Please see my earlier posts, this is the same old rinse and repeat. I was in here for years so I'm talking from experience, your holding has just been devalued yet again. Please look at all the previous placings over the last 5 years and don't say you weren't warned You need to be asking why all the directors aren't taking part in this also? From its high nearly 13 years ago the SP has decreased 99.7% and the company hasn't made a profit. The company has survived on placings which pay the BOD salaries DYOR !

Still underwater by 59% against NAV Plenty of time to get in whilst the shares are cheap!
