Don't take things personally, I've been sat there in your position for a good 4 years promising the golden land, I sold up about 2 years ago as it was the same old story every year. I was lucky to get out at break even, I've seen nothing to entice me back in since and the SP currently is proving me right. I keep looking in though on the off chance something has materialised. I'll reiterate what I said the other day, since inception the company has never made a profit, so that's 13 years and no progress (sales are vanity, profit is sanity), it's been a constant down cycle of jam tomorrow followed by dilution. If you're day trading great, god loves a ramper who appears today and are gone tomorrow, if not you have my best wishes and I hope you make some money as we all do. Unfortunately its the suckers left behind who pick up the tab which is why I still post my negative thoughts on here, being a bear doesn't suit me but if you see something amiss you need to say it. Geoff's holding is trivial even now for the guy in charge, he has nothing to lose other than his salary in all honesty if they went bust tomorrow.

I see my post has been read regards his holding, he still owns less than half a percent of the company....

Make a serious investment please and prove me wrong?

I don't believe they are going to make very good reading next month

Falling sales, well in debt and also it appears that they don't have their costs under control

The sale of certain units of the business should help regards reducing the debt whilst they try to get things under control

We should never have got to this point though, it all points to the management which needs a shake up

All you need to know is that there's very little cash left in the kitty, they've never made a profit, the main man Geoff only owns just over 3 million shares in the company. He gets paid at your expense every time there's a dilution, it keeps him in a job without worrying about his investment which is worth hardy anything. Are you starting to see a picture yet ?

Back to normal today, I see Walmart are getting into India via Flipkart to challenge Amazons dominance, could pave the way for a further deal for Ocado as the push for online gathers apace.

One other company I’ve had a good feeling about was OPTI, its already had a good run recently from its lows

Terrible set of results, would say more of the same but they’ve gone backwards, more dilution to come no doubt

Bit of a recovery today, panic over for now..

Its not being held down for anyone, its not worth the price right now

I think the writing was on the wall when they couldn't even get the name right..............

Shambles thereafter and here we are paying the price!

Effective management would help plus a clear strategy to get us out of this mess.

Looks a risky punt from here but could quite easily multi bag if things pick up

Yes the games not up yet, I can see they're determined to turn this around

I'm hoping S4 make an approach which will ensure I make a tidy profit hopefully at the right price
