Like you say the online channel can only grow as far as food goes, I believe long term estimates were 50% of the market eventually (A Tim Steiner quote from memory) !

I find that the older generation like to go and have a shop around whilst the younger generation coming on stream would sooner order via a tablet or iphone so there will be a gradual transition from bricks and mortar to online.

Holding above £9 is fine, more deals needed this year though to keep the momentum going

Online will run out winners against brick and mortar stores any day, the raft of store closures continues unabated, in fact its gathering pace if anything here in the UK which is setting the trend.

SP Angel have just overseen a fraud at another AIM company so won’t want to take on anything shady right now or fall foul of the FCA

If MDZ are sqeaky clean (and I doubt they are) this will be sorted and yet we’re still awaiting this period of due dilligence to be completed?

The guys getting upset as there’s an element of uncertainty but you takes your chances....

They're in critical mode and need to make a full year profit, no more excuses !

No more shareholder bail outs, just the oversea loans which eat up more cash plus those large salary increases for last years set of "disappointing figures " (They missed their targets but so what) ?

A better start this year but they always let you down in the latter half of the year so roll on the FY results

I'm assuming that you HAVEN'T looked at the companies past performance since it was created?

If anyone has cost investors here their hard earned cash as YOU put it, it's not myself I can assure you, the track record here by the current BOD is abysmal, the facts are there you just have to look. Go and have a peek at the 10 year graph, the share price performance looks like its flat lined for the last 8 years !

I hope you do get news of the NOMAD on Monday as past that date and into next week doesn't leave much time and makes a mockery of their statement.

I'd imagine also that SP Angel will want a larger fee from MDZ than Northlands did, they've sort of got them by the marbles (if and a big if) they want to take them on that is, they can always walk away when they see the skeletons hanging in the cupboard over on Aldernay

The BOD tiny holding and a general lack of cash is why I'd avoid this for now, come back in a couple of years if they're still about...

Well up on its recent lows and the shorts are all but down and out unfortunately, I say unfortunate as they have been the main money maker here for us longs when the deals roll in as they have.

Declared positions are now down to 1.59% which is a far cry from being the most short company in Europe not so long ago at over 21% !!

Well we're halfway through January now and still now news on the NOMAD

At what point does "well in advance" translate into "cutting it fine" and then "bit late in the day isn't it" ?

Only 14 working days left to get that announcement out now and not a whisper yet

Don't worry though though as the company said "this will be sorted well before 1st Feb" lol, how long does this take to say yes or no SP Angel ?
