I noticed a sniff of good news here today, pleased for the LTH, its been a very painful journey !

You may have a long wait Analysister, some of my bearish friends wrote this company off 7 years ago and Ocado are looking stronger than ever.

I recall the sneers when I said this would become a FTSE100 company eventually and here we are, indeed the top performing company in the FTSE100 last year, not many can claim that accolade

There was talk of this tie up a coupe of years ago, I wouldn't totally dismiss something happening here, M&S is a fading start and needs its mojo back somehow, this could be the way forward for the company

Very cunning the way he's portraying S4 as an irrelevance and nothing to worry about for WPP

It could be that they'll just sign up M&S under a Morrisons style agreement and deliver their products around London and the South East for starters. The Morrison deal doesn't stop Ocado talking to M&S like it did Tesco, Asda/Sainsbury's etc. There was plenty of spare capacity at Erith I seem to recall so there's nothing to stop the food delivery service running from this location but M&S would have to contribute as Morrisons did in certain areas. I'm sure we'll hear more about it as time goes on, the Waitrose agreement could have finished in 2017 as there was a break clause which wasn't taken up by either party at that time, even though Waitrose objected to the Morrisons deal, they were even prepared to take legal action at one point.

I’ve always said that one day Ocado would sell off its grocery arm, maybe that day has arrived?

The cash is trickling out to an offshore fund Kitkateat, the lack of cash is putting off investors

Lance is linked to that offshore fund (allegedly)

Under new EU rules that will all cease and we'll have some clarity especially around tax avoidance schemes although Brexit could scupper all that yet

Did you manage to find out who was awarded the no1 company in AV displays for 2018? I can assure you it wan't MDZ for the record but you can find that out for yourself as I did

There are lots of companies doing AV now in this sector, as competition increases prices drop and profit is squeezed, although MDZ have never made a FY profit yet so no concerns there

I've e-mailed them today to see if they can provide further information on the ownership of City and Claremont Capital Assets Ltd which they should have done the due diligence on, being as this company is the largest shareholder !!

There are links also to EP&F Capital Plc and Lance O Neill, EP&F own just over 2% of the company

From what little can be found Tony Haywood (a known associate of Lance allegedly) is a director and the company has been based in the Channel Islands as well as Hong Kong. The domain name of CCCAL was registered to Lance O Neill until he was challenged by a shareholder apparently, which was subsequently re registered to Tony Haywood (nothing dodgy there then allegedly) ?

Net cash used in financing activities increased 444% YOY Sept 2017 to Sept 2018, the latest reported figures

Who's getting the benefit is the question ?

This is why there's very little cash in the company coffers and the directors are driving around in Ferrari's !

13 yrs of decline in value, no FY profit, losses increased last year whilst sales declined !

There has been an improvement in the first 6 months but its the second half of the year which declines by nature and the bad news starts

If you go through the annual report you can see all this in the remarks regards disappointment, delays blah, blah, blah

None of those executives at Tesco have been prosecuted unfortunately, despite their antics
